Modern place with a neon-lit bar for hibachi dishes, creative sushi rolls & other Japanese classics.

Had lunch there today, and I was so! Disappointed! I asked for tea I received a tall plastic Cup about 6 inches tall with one teabag and hot water. That’s not what I wanted. I want a tea in a cup the way it should be served. There was no tea on the tables. There were no napkins and the waitress was not friendly , She was rather rude with her angry face.
I’d never go again not to this place

Workers prioritize larger parties at the bar over smaller groups or individuals. Watched the manager pick up a woman’s plate, mid bite, and move her several seats over at the bar to allow a larger group to all sit together. Never once asked the woman if she minded moving and the larger group pleaded with the worker to not move this woman who was trying to enjoy her meal. At the end of our time sitting at the bar, we were handed our bill back and told we didn’t tip enough. The manager was extremely rude and stated that if we didn’t tip more the restaurant would be losing money. She shoved the check back in our face and pointed at the tip line until more money was added, which she still scoffed at. Providing decent service was not a priority, all they cared about was confronting customers and demanding more money for terrible service.

First of all I came on New Years Eve with my wife and kids and the place was PACKED. When I say packed I mean about 40-50 people waiting. They did an amazing job at handling the crowd and getting people seated somewhat in order. The service was the BEST service I’ve ever had at a Hibachi restaurant unfortunately the food was not. To be fair, they were INSANELY busy and the cook was rushed. The waitress however was VERY on point. I would return on a normal day and give them another shot.

I can’t think of a reason not to give 5 stars. We have been here 5 times in the last 6 years and it has been a lot of fun each time. The staff is awesome and welcoming, they put on a good show at the tables, and the food is on point. We visited last weekend and they cooked my tuna perfectly rare but seared. Great, fun place to have a meal and laugh with friends!

My daughter and two friends recently ate at Saga and had a disappointing experience. They were surprised to learn that you have to choose either a salad or soup—most Hibachi restaurants offer both as part of the meal. There was no shrimp appetizer, and only one dipping sauce was provided (typically you get both ginger sauce and yum yum).
To make matters worse, they never received the sodas they ordered. The total bill came to $90, and they left a $15 tip. However, the server came back and demanded an additional $5, saying the tip wasn’t enough, and did so in front of everyone at the table—publicly embarrassing them.
It’s hard to believe this would’ve happened if adults had been the ones paying. The experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management will take this feedback seriously.
Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to Sake in Mansfield for a much better experience.

WORST HIBACHI EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
I went here for my birthday, and I can honestly say it completely ruined my night. The food was disgusting — poorly cooked, bland, and borderline inedible. The service was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. The staff barely spoke, and when they did, it was with attitude.
To make things worse, the people at our hibachi table were screaming and having disturbing conversations about Nazis, and the staff didn’t do a single thing about it. The waiter gave our food to the wrong people, and when I was still looking at the menu, he snatched it right out of my hands — unbelievably disrespectful.
All three of my friends and I paid separately, and each of us was charged an 18% gratuity that was never disclosed. The bill came to $35 for an awful meal and terrible service, and I walked out feeling angry, disrespected, and disgusted.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I end up with food poisoning after eating here. This place is an absolute disgrace and should not even be in business. DO NOT EAT HERE. Total waste of time, money, and energy.

Pros: Good food and entertainment for the little ones. The price is reasonable for a Hibachi.
Cons: The chef cooked the meat and vegetables together and used the same spatula, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering vegetable hibachi. We tried to communicate it with him before he cooked the vegetables and meat together but there might have been a communication breakdown between us. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because my mother, who has been vegetarian all her life was only able to eat rice and nothing else.

I reserved a table for a party of 15, upon arrival the host was very rude. After being seated at the table the waitress took the drink order, after repeating the order several times, she still came back missing 3 drinks. It then took her about 20 minutes to FINALLY bring the drinks(which were soda’s) She then let us know with big attitude, if we weren’t ready we would have to wait until they find someone to cook for us. Mind you I reserved the table for my daughter’s birthday . The food has no flavor, it’s literally teriyaki sauce with a side of extra soy sauce. The portions, are the same size as the children’s portion. We also had an allergy at the table and that was disregarded, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to be made. At this point throw away the entire restaurant, workers , owners, everyone! I do not recommend! Eat at your own risk.

Bartenders were slow and kept walking away before we finished ordering. Had to ask for napkins, plates and waited for chopsticks after the rolls were delivered. Missed a few things on the order as well. Would not recommend…at least at the bar that is.

Nice restaurant. Cool atmosphere, great, polite and friendly staff, and 2 second walk from local hotels. He food was very good, not completely saturated in soy and seasoning, and cooked well. As always, entertaining as these places can be. Reasonable prices, and certainly good value for money. Not all that busy, and quick and efficient hibachi service.
