Ok, location. Stopped by for a quick lunch heading towards Salisbury. Drive thru line was LONG, so we were hoping the dining room was open. It was, but unfortunately, they were busy and short staffed, so we had to use their kiosks (which I HATE). After a few struggles, the worker realized I needed help, so she ended up offering to take our order. The food was good. Baja blast always hit. Bathrooms were very clean, and so was the dining area. No complaints and wouldn’t mind stopping by again.

The place was clean and tidy inside. A young man named Jacob welcomed me and confirmed my order on the Taco Bell app. He had a positive energy and sense of urgency that I’m not used to seeing at most Taco Bells I’ve been too. My order for two came out promptly and was accurate.
Hope they keep Jacob around and treat him well because he was great!

So incredibly slow. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before getting to the store marked as “asap” pickup. By the time I got to the store I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my three items. When I finally got them, it was very low to mid-tier taco bell food.

Service was horrible. We did a mobile app order and waited for over 45 minutes for our order. Manager was ignoring customers waiting at the counter. Will not be returning to this location. Picture below is what our chips looked like when we finally received our food.

I generally have a low bar for Taco Bell. I went through the drive through so can’t speak on anything inside. But this place was exceptional. My order was correct. Portions were excellent. Everything was great. Thank you! I’ll be back.
