If you’re looking for a peaceful and pleasant place for lunch, visit this Chick-fil-A in Gainesville. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are hardworking and kind. Cooper helped me with my order, great service! I’ve been here before and recently, and the food is always tasty. The place is very clean, with nice pictures and quotes on the walls. There’s even a kids’ play area, making it perfect for families. Highly recommend❤️

I wrote a review of this location and now it has disappeared from the list. I am now writing a new one. It has a large parking lot, although it is always full. the drive through is always packed, especially lunchtime, but it is pretty fast. The inside is nice and clean and the service is excellent. Probably one of the best run fast food places in Gainesville. Too bad I hate their food. How can people call this chicken? It’s literally a large pressed and formed chicken nugget on a bun. Not tasty at all, and the regular and spicy are identical. Sorry Chick-fil-A, there are much better chicken sandwiches out there for the price.

So we did our order online and I had put the order in 30 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up will get there and it’s not made yet. They hadn’t even started it so after waiting another 20 minutes, we should just refund our card well then one of the Chick-fil-A members called me and said hey our manager is gonna bring you your order. Well we get our order and it’s not correct. It’s missing items and I get charged twice on my debit card and I advised them of this and I kind of feel like I was just blown off. I’ve never had an issue with the Sherman Chick-fil-A but this is my With Gainesville and it kind of sucks that I really do like them but when I hit your card for $90 and then they can’t guarantee when they’ll pay that back that becomes a problem to me

I have noticed this store in Gainesville Tx their number one that has the sandwich and fries are way smaller than any other store i do business with is quite often..so their buns are the size of a jr bun…contacted the store mgr. and she wants to tell me the size is right on target .its not…. so i will skip having my favorite lunch when i come through is usually 3 times a month…same price different size product

I always say, “Everyone is always so nice at Chick-fil-A!” Well, today I was proved wrong!
Starting, the (no-greeting) drive-through attendant said, “Let’s move up…. (referring to forwarding the car) – I said no problem (as he walked beside me) … he then added – If we don’t, we will get in trouble!! Oh goodness… no one should feel that way!
A Simple #1 order that wasn’t so simple…
In the drive-up window, they confirmed my name, handed me the order, and I asked, “Are there 2 Chick-fil-A sauces & one BBQ in there?” She didn’t even look; she said, “Yes!” So I decided to look anyway… Nope, there were the two CFA sauces; so I asked for one BBQ, she (with a smirk) handed me one. Then, I noticed there were only two napkins in the bag (everyone knows you need one or two napkins JUST to deal with opening the condiment containers!), I asked her for some extra napkins…. she handed me TWO… (Only two?) I giggled and asked. “Is there a shortage of napkins?”!! She didn’t know what to say!
I drove away. There was no way I wanted to have a conversation about napkins!
THEN …
I opened my bag… I wanted (& ordered) extra pickles… didn’t get them! There were only a few waffle fries, as one large one was blocking the container (which had never happened before), and they were VERY greasy (time to change My drink… well, it was supposed to be a CB Lemonade, but they gave me a CB Sprite instead. I don’t drink sodas!
First, it’s a terrible location to maneuver in/out of, and it’s the LEAST friendly location I have EVER experienced!
Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your customers… and the gratitude will flow in a circle.

Made a stop on a roadtrip from OKC to Austin. The staff was so friendly, and reminded me how much I miss Texas.
My kiddo dropped his chicken nuggets on the way to the car and Ryleigh, I think the manager, without hesitation offered to replace them. Another employee, on his break, saw my Spurs shirt and started a conversation about the latest games. This place is by the border between OK and TX and you immediately know you’re in TX. I spent a total of 15 minutes there and they quickly showed why I love TX and Chick fil A.

After a 21 minute wait we never received our order of standard items, nuggets, strips, spicy sandwich, and fries. The staff seemed as though they couldn’t care less and they offered us a gift card for a complimentary medium French fry.
After getting a refund the manager told me “the food is ready what should I do with it”. I told her I’d didn’t care because it wasn’t mine. I wasn’t there for free food. I was there for the consistent overpriced fried chicken I expect from any chick-fil-a, that I paid for.
This place is terrible and I will never be back. Probably be a long while before I visit any chick-fil-a again.

Whenever we travel to OKC from Dallas or vice-versa, we stop here for lunch and to get the kids’ wiggles out in the play area. Service is always fast, the staff is friendly and helpful. Always a good experience. ❤️
