Driving into a quick stop to eat and this place did not disappoint. Fresh meal & they made my ice vanilla coffee to perfection of sweetness just how I love it. My husband’s Frappe made to the top; getting our money worth. Staff are very polite & kind excellent service. I will definitely come back to visit again. Hard to order food at kiosk had to pay at counter. After paying was informed that there was no ice in drinks . All furnishings needed replayed, portable air conditioner trying to cool place . Have you ever tried to drink a hot Sprite. . This is a huge let down from other McDonald’s I have been to.

We walked in and immediately were greeted. The restaurant smelled and looked very clean. The cashier was very friendly and brought out our food instead of just laying it on the counter. It was such a great experience and these workers def need a raise!

I stop to get fuel at Kroger on my way to Florida. This is the second year this McDonalds stole my Mc rewards food . They take your number you get notifications on your phone they got your number. When you pull up to the windows the just want to sell you your drink. And tell you the system didn’t register you free Sandwich. Once I can see but twice . It’s theft, and they don’t even try to correct the situation.

The smell of weed would knock you down. The dining area was filthy. The rest room an abomination. Ordered a drink and two pies.

No soft drink station, busy, which is understandable, the employees worked hard, but cant even get ketchup, condiments, refills, etc without having to spend 10+ minutes waiting at the front. My friend couldn’t even get their drinks before we had to go. ignored everyone asking for drinks and just went on with what they were doing. The atmosphere was gloomy, as everyone was tired waiting for food, and there was no self serving station. In summary, make more stations like soft drink machines, napkins, condiments, and more.

Rude experience this morning as I went through the drive through. I ordered 3 medium black coffees. When I got to the window I asked the girl could I please have 4 Splendas and 4 creamers. She grabbed a bag and thew a handful of about 12 creamers and more on the floor. The grabbed over 25 packs of Splenda and put in bag. Rude and wasteful!

Every single table was nasty yet employees standing around being obnoxious and loud. They just looked at me and others as we stand at the register to order food. I am not using a kiosk, your job is to take orders if not why are there registers there? Food was cold and missing items. I highly recommend to eat somewhere else besides here.

2nd worst McDonald’s experience ever. My mcdees app was not letting me order what I wanted to so I went to the counter for help….I asked for help and was literally ignored. She refused to even look at me. And nobody was at the counter the entire time I was there. I had to go up and make my presence known and still not a word even when I asked for help. When I got my food it was definitely stale (both sandwiches, different breads, both stale). The only person in the entire building that was worth a hoot was the guy cleaning the parking lot. He said hello as I walked by him and he never stopped working the 20 minutes I was there. That’s the only reason there is a 2 star on there instead of 1. Give the janitor a raise and can everyone else. For real. Those 2 brothers would be very very disappointed ☹️
