The cruller was probably the best one I’ve had. It had the perfect texture and the maple flavor was spot on. I tried the blueberry fritter and it was excellent. Good size, decent price, and service was good.

Great little local and family owned donut shop. They have a great selection of yeast and cake donuts, and the donuts are huge! Great flavour in their donuts even though they are a little on the sweet side.
The old fashioned and maple glazed were two of our favourites.
Expect a line and it didn’t move too quickly, but we’ll worth the weight!

Go to spot for great donuts. Perfect for after a mountain bike ride, excursion in Whatcom Falls park, or when you just want a donut. Small ice cream selection and coffee as well. Buttermilk bars are always great.

*UPDATE 11/24/24: Donuts this morning were good, but I was given a lemon filled donut instead of the raspberry filled donut I ordered, which was a bummer. Guess I didn’t need the donut anyway
LaFeen’s Donuts on Electric Avenue is a true treasure for any donut lover in Bellingham. They offer a vast selection of donuts, from the classic glazed to maple bars and more unique, seasonal flavors. Whether you’re craving something simple or adventurous, there’s a donut for everyone. But LaFeen’s doesn’t stop there—they also serve delicious ice cream, making it the perfect spot for a sweet treat any time of day. Despite being one of the few donut shops in town, the quality and variety here make up for the scarcity, which is surprising if you’re used to donut shops on every corner like on the West Coast. The donuts are always fresh, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Great local donut shop open late. Went at 8:30 and the apple fritters were still warm, what a treat! The cake donut was also delish.
Cash is preferred since they add an extra charge for cards.

The donuts are fluffy and not too sweet (I can’t speak on the cake donuts, didn’t try those). I especially appreciated this on the apple turnover since sometimes you can’t taste the apple because of how much sugar there is. There was a good amount of variety left even though we went closer to dinner time, and the employee was quite friendly.

Love Lafeens. The staff are always as sweet as the treats, and I like their variations on classic donuts like blueberry fritters, raspberry bear claws, and seasonal cake donuts. Plus the giant maple bars… love me some giant maple bars!

Love this place! Great variety of donuts, love the bigfoot maple bars. The service is great too. Worth the drive out of my way.

Lafeen’s donuts are delicious whenever you get them, but the fact that Lafeen’s is open until 10:30pm and you can get HOT, FRESH donuts after around 8pm is one of Bellingham’s wonderful secrets. Well, definitely not a secret since there is usually a line! My favorite are the donut holes and glazed donuts when they are hot, but everything is fantastic. I live nearby so I have to really exercise restraint to not go daily.

Best donuts I’ve ever had, the blueberry fritters are TO DIE FOR, I’d honestly say anything they make with blueberries (be it in the donut or their glaze) is the best I’ve ever had. All of their donuts are incredible, and the prices are all really good. 100000/10 best donut place I could ever recommend!
