I truly wish corporate would step in and order take out as a secret shopper. I ordered a Cesar salad for take out around 11pm and waited over 40 minutes for a disappointing dry salad: 3 very tiny chicken pieces and no dressing for my “Cesar” salad (see photo). Sadly, this is my third disappointing visit, they always seem to forget something and the take out wait times are excessive. There’s no quality in this location. I urge corporate to do a secret shopper audit. Fix the staffing, management, chef, or consider closing this location if standards can’t be met!

The food and atmosphere are good but the service and drinks are below average. I’m a plane that was not busy, service was slow and the drinks were weak. I’d suggest asking for shots on the side to make sure you get what you pay for (that’s a double with light rum).

First order was terrible, bone in wings were dry and hard, celery was rotten!
Replacement order of boneless wings was rock hard crust and extremely small pieces. 3 of their wings might equal one hardies, berger chef or bojangles wings in size.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. The food was borderline inedible—the wings were severely overcooked and dry, and the Philly Cheesesteak sub was even worse. The bread was clearly old and stale, making the whole sandwich tough to eat.
Even more concerning was the state of the restaurant. The cleanliness is non-existent. There was old gum stuck to the floor right by the receiving desk. The women’s bathroom was absolutely horrible; it smelled strongly of urine and there were bad stains in the toilets.
It is clear that management is not prioritizing hygiene or food standards here. Between the stale food and the dirty environment, I won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cleans their facility and serves fresh bread.

Wasn’t crowded, but seemed to be only 1 server. Waited at least 15 mins to place drink order and another 20 to place food order. Another 20 for food. Wings were ok. Onion rings ok. Barely warm. Slaw was awful. All in all was not a good experience.

Came here with family and we waited an hour for our food to come even though the store was pretty empty. We had kids with us and the waitress told us they would have their food out first and it was not brought out until the rest was ready. Some of our orders were not put in and we still had to wait extra. Bartenders had terrible service and would not respond. Asked for silverware and got one set before she turned her back on me. Glad we don’t live in the area, won’t be returning.

I went last night to get dinner for me and my wife the hostess sat us down and our waitress took care of us and was very polite. She inform us that food and drink were taking a while but, we waited almost 30 mins still no FOOD OR DRINK! We became inpatient and waved down the manager and was no help he was talking on the phone. My wife and I got up and left without eating. Clearly needs better management.

I don’t care how many specials this place runs, the service is trash. No sense of urgency at the take-out area. The first time this happened,I let it slide bc it was on National wing day. This evening was slow and still bad service. All of the waiters just looked at me and not one of them went to find the cashier for take-out. This BBW better get it together before they end up out of business.

Went there February 14th just for a chill end of the night spot to have a couple of drinks. Got there and people were sitting outside waiting to be seated still. Asked a guy how long he had been waiting, 45 minutes. It was 845!!! It’s valentine’s day, shouldn’t you plan for a large crowd. Patio was closed. Empty 2 seater tables inside but I was told they didn’t have enough wait staff. Come on! Not going back any time soon!
