me and my husband ordered a snack wrap, mix and match and a big Mac meal and upon me having to pull forward for no reason because all my food was cold and old, which doesn’t make sense cause I put my mobile order in and left my house to go there but whatever I’m done with this McDonald’s they need to just shut it down #Dave’sHotChickenAnyone?

Reduced stars due to the following:
Missing items, which seems to be a regular issue the last several months. And made items incorrectly. Which also seems to bean issue the last several months. Dine in, drive thru or DoorDash, doesn’t matter, there is always an issue. This will probably be the last time we eat here for a while.
99% of the time, the service is fine and food comes out correctly 95% of the time. So, no real complaint there.
I gave three stars because every freaking time it snows, I get caught in the snow drifts in the drive-thru. No matter what vehicle I’m driving, the turn, combines with the slant and slick road surface, the drifts piling up – all the makings for problems. Problem easily solved by proper and timely snow removal.

Several of us thought our burgers were tastier than usual. I was impressed by the quality of the buns! Dad: “best cheese burger I’ve ever had at a McDons” lol.

5 star service. Fries and coke were delicious. Quarter with cheese was not hot. Drive thru staff was outstanding. I was asked to pull ahead but it was brought out within seconds. Great staff.

Chicken nuggets were orange and upon tasting them, I quickly realized they were absolutely fried in Peanut oil. So nasty. Literally no one in my family would eat them.

This past Sunday I put in a order for curbside. I put the order in an exactly 9:15 p.m. buy 9:25 I saw a worker taking out the garbage at 9:40 when I still hadn’t got my food to employees were outside smoking a cigarette right outside the door. At this point I was furious so I went through the drive-thru and was like I’ve a curbside order I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for and they’re like we don’t have any curbside orders so I let them know I did have a receipt. Went to the first window and showed the receipt he didn’t look in detail he just said pull ahead so I pull ahead a lady hands me a bag how does she know what my order is if they never got a curbside order also I was like it comes as a pop and she’s like what kind I said diet Pepsi She made it and then was like there is one in the bank but here’s a fresh one why would I need a fresh one if you didn’t know that I was sitting out there and that you had a curbside order? I pulled ahead all of my food was cold cuz it had been sitting for 30 minutes I’m assuming they bumped it and instead of apologizing or taking accountability for it they pretended like they never got the order and gave me food that if I had eaten would probably have given me food poisoning I ended up throwing it all away and complaining in the app and I have yet to hear from the manager. We’ll never eat here again or probably at any other McDonald’s like if this is how you run your business school there’s a reason why people stop going here.. .

this is so messed up almost a $40 order and i get this. i’m really disappointed this mcdonald’s has gone so down hill these last few months and if your wanting your sauce thst you pay for never going to get it. also with the happy meals if your wanting two different toys your out of luck they give the same toy for 2 different happymeals eveytime the fry’s are cold it’s just really disappointing

I loved the customer service here!! The young black gentleman taking my order was so sweet and made me smile. I enjoy coming in to a restaurant and the employees have a positive attitude!! He also helped me by getting my ketchup and as we were leaving, he opened the doors…very sweet!! Thank you!! They gave interactive tables for kids and a neat play scape.

Almost every time I go here my food is messed up or I have to wait an excessive amount of time (20 minutes for a couple cups of mac sauce). Last time they gave me someone else’s food and I didn’t realize until I had made the 20 minute drive home; I received a 4 piece and small fry instead of the 2 large fries and mcdoubles I had ordered. They also failed to try and make it right when made aware of the issue. This time, they had my food right but this was my burger; a shredded and incomplete meat patty. Very disappointed in how it is being run these days.

Got my first meal of the day and the French fries were cold and soggy, the two cheese burgers certainly tasted like old oil and chewy as if sitting for hours. The fried chicken sandwich was cold did not even care to bite it as breaking the chicken itself was rubbery.. didn’t feel like turning around from Medford to even make an attempt..just horrible and disappointing.
