Very delicious Vietnamese restaurant. If it weren’t for the recommendation on Xiaohongshu, I probably wouldn’t have discovered this place.
All the dishes we ordered were excellent, with unique and well-balanced flavors.
The interior is warm and cozy, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere.
Even on a Monday night, the restaurant was fully packed, which says a lot.
Definitely coming back again.

Finally went to this restaurant that my Vietnamese coworker kept recommending.
There were quite a lot of Vietnamese people inside too.
You really need friends because they only take reservations for groups of four or more.
So we waited 40 minutes for a table — the sorrow of having no friends.
The menu has lots of variety – hot pot, pho, rice, noodles, plus various street-food items.
If you have decision paralysis, you’ll need some time here.
We ordered two bowls of pho: one for the bone-marrow lover, one regular.
They were very big bowls, lots of ingredients, and slightly more expensive than typical pho.
The special thing is that they use wide rice noodles, not the usual thin ones.
The broth was good. They said there’s no MSG — I didn’t feel thirsty after eating (but my wife did).
We added the garlic fried chicken wings, served with a special lemon seasoning and a very salty non-spicy sauce. Highly recommended.
Another dish was the crab-cake spring roll. Very unique — like a crispy shell filled generously with shrimp and crab. Great texture and big portion.
If the wait is under 30 minutes, or if you have friends who can make a reservation, this is a solid choice.

My third time at Ganh and it’s a busy restaurant so it’s a good idea to make a reservation or go earlier. The staff are friendly and courteous. I ordered C24 which was delicious but the noodle portion was smaller than expected. The spring roll had a lot of filling and was delicious too. Worth giving this place a try at least once.

What a great place offering great dishes and prices were awesome! We had eaten in Vietnamese restaurants, mostly ordered pho, this was the first time we tried real dishes. The raw beef was tender, fried frog legs were crispy out juicy inside, clams were cooked just right, fish stews were delicious, and we finished with coconut milk deserts, wow! Yes, I agreed the venue may not be great, parking was difficult, but the price/value was super! Great food for foodies!

We did not make a reservation but we arrived at 5 ish, and were seated in around 15 min. There was a long line after we got in. Food was good, we ordered a crab soup hotpot, the beef was so fresh and tender, portion was big, noodles were authentic, but I didn’t really taste the crab from the soup, it was just saltiness. The environment was cozy, with some Vietnamese decorations. The ventilation could be better, it was quite hot in the restaurant, and all of my clothes and my hair smell like hotpot after the meal.

The set up and the menu is very good, but l think they don’t manage it properly. First, one of the water cup was stained with hot spicy substance and my wife had to get a new cup and loss her appetite. Second, the food quality was mediocre, the shrimp could be termed “hard boiled” and the taste of each disk was disappointing. Third, they have parking in the back and has a path leading to it, but there’s not enough lighting and we had to feel our way out. Finally, the building is old so do the neighborhood buildings, not that comfortable with it. Definitely not going back again.

I almost didn’t want to write a review because it’s already so busy but wowwwww
This was by far the best meal I’ve had in Vancouver. Everything was incredible.
The decor, ordering system and THE FOOD!!! Don’t skip out on the chicken wings and the green chilli sauce.
(Special shout out to Liam for being a real one and the great service)

There is quite a varied menu with a good number of relatively rare or unique dishes. I quite liked the ordering system via a tablet with an intuitive to use application.
We enjoyed everything we got, which was a bowl of pho, beef carpaccio, lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl. For desert we had the flan and the avocado smoothie with coconut ice cream. Both desserts were absolutely amazing!

My go-to spot for pho. Delicious pho noodles, flavorful clear broth that does not leave me thirsty after meal, compared to other pho places that are heavy on MSG. Lots of food options on the menu, their drinks are enjoyable as well.
Very busy on weekends. We waited almost 45 mins for a table of 3.

7 of us tonight, many items sold out at 730pm , even beer, all three brands of beer sold out, all mango drinks , egg coffee sold out… only the raw beef and scallops were good. At the end after we left , their server called and said bill was wrong and we confirmed we paid $350 and got the bill right. Then she said she would check with the other female server. And called me back, bill was fine and apologized to me… even they tried to be nice but service was lacking tonight. I can see its management problem.
