First off, the family that owns this McDonalds is so nice and even gave the school nearby free ice creams. Second of all, I have never visited this McDonalds and been told that their ice cream machine was broken. And third, the place is really clean and usually has fresh fries. I think this is one of the best McDonald’s in the bay area and it also has a lot of parking. Great place to stop by if you need a quick meal.

The McDonald’s website clearly says 6 am the lobby opens. Myself, my wife and our daughter arrived at 6:03 am. The door says 6:30 am. The information is misleading. We are having to wait outside for close to a half hour to get breakfast. I have health issues that make standing hard. Our daughter is supposed to get on the school bus at 6:50 am. Is this really how you are going to let your location be run?

The place is a mess. I had to ask to clean up the table. The floors are wet and slippery. The bathroom was very dirty. My order took 40 minutes. I came to eat at a fast food because I want my food prepared quick, and not for the healthy benefits. This place very disorganize and in disarray. This is the worst McDonald’s in history. I came in to order food. It cost me $51. It was a big order I came home. All of my order was wrong and a lot of the food was also cold and there was special order for a double cheeseburger and everything was on there when my kid can’t eat mustard because he’s allergic. I called in the next day And explain to him the situation they did not want to help me and they were giving me attitudes on the phone And hanging up on my face When all I said was, I want my order remade and fix properly for what I paid for and I have the receipt But they kept pushing it further and acting like I’m a nobody I don’t understand So whoever comes to this McDonald’s be careful because they’re all very rude selfish people and make the food horrible

I’m really disappointed with our recent visit. My 10-year-old was surprised — and upset — to find a hair inside his frappe. This was very unpleasant and unacceptable, especially coming from a trusted brand.
Please take hygiene more seriously. This kind of experience can really ruin a child’s trust in your food.

We order by drive thru hot fudge sundae the lady while doing payment was too horrible and rude
Literally the whole sundae was only vanilla ice cream just 3 drops of hot fudge was there, when we asked her she rudely said us to not order or pay extra for more fudge like you guys are charging around 5$ just for vanilla ice cream, just a day before we ordered the same thing through drive thru on hayward branch and literally we got a really good sundae with a amount of hot fudge that is good like much better than this the girl said us to go that branch for sundae not come here…. Like if it’s a franchise name so you guys can hire anybody without looking at them like no body has a right to misbehave with the customers… never go to that McDonald again..

We ordered 8 McChickens through the app but when we got home we realized that only 6 were in our bags. This McDonald’s has been a regular stop along with the Grimmer location for as long as I’ve lived in Fremont. It’s disappointing to be charged for items we didn’t receive and the experience felt unfair. This will be the last time we visit the Fremont Blvd location.

This McDonald’s is decently situated with all the stores atound. It is very quiet, clean, with a lot of parking. The drive-through ends near a pedestrian like area, so it is best to drive slower. I think this McDonald’s has one of the best customer service and well groom employees. They are also really fast per its standards. I’d come here often if I am in the area..
