Reviews
I hate leaving bad reviews, but the way the drive-through orders were handled was very unprofessional. I stopped by mid-afternoon for something quick. The woman taking orders was rude to the car in front of me—I could hear how loud and disrespectful she was.
When it was my turn, she didn’t give me any time to order and was very rude. Honestly, I should have just driven off. When I told her what I wanted, she acted like I was bothering her, with loud sighs and huffing.
However, the young Black man and the older white woman at the window were both very polite and professional. They had great customer service.
Unfortunately, the person taking orders—and cooking—should not be in a customer service position. It really affected my experience. I overheard her complaining to her team that she was tired of people ordering the same stuff. The food I got was awful and usually it’s not
Your link don’t work either
Atmosphere? If they could mop the floor with something other than Coca-Cola that would be awesome! Actually I think they use too much product to water when mopping the floor. Every time I go in there my feet stick to the floor and then my shoes stick to everything until I can get outside and wipe them on the grass.
Husband and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Both had more cheese than what was needed for 2 sandwiches let alone one. And while this might sound good, it’s actually way too much and makes for a very sloppy sandwich. And I’m actually not sure why I ordered that because I hate the bun. Those onions are gross on that bun. I used to order it on a regular bun but at some point I was told that’s not allowed so I never tried again but then the guy behind us ordered a sandwich on a different bun so I’ll be doing that again from now on. And I had a togo order after we ate and I ordered it as a large combo but for some reason the guy rang it up as a medium but I didn’t realize it until after I paid for it and he gave me the medium cup. I miss the old experience at Arby’s before they took away the bell…and what happened to that?
Second sandwich. Fish sandwich. They got the lettuce in the same wrapper. So close. Maybe it fell out if the sandwich when they stepped on it to make it less than an inch thick.
Second time to review. I’ll just post the pics. You can figure it out from there. Sloppy messy dripping everywhere lettuce looking like it exploded.
12:15 on a Friday. Nobody in line. And you had this out the window.
The staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional. I wish I could have pix them all. When I first arrived the fry guy was stuffing his face with food at the fry station.
The young leads were not helpful either. After all that they tried to give me old chicken fingers and fries. Had to wait for a new order. 23?min. total wait time… from 3:32 to 3:56! No apology or compensation. I didn’t see the advantage of throwing the fry guy under the bus by suggesting that maybe he ate all the fresh and more desirable servings.
What is it with young people and their cell phones? This is getting out of hand. I was a lead here years ago and none of this would have been tolerated.
Overall restaurant feels dirty and sticky. They charge too much to have open trash cans that attract insects and pests. It isn’t worth the risk of getting sick here so I will not be giving them my business.
I hate to knock a local business, but his place has really gone down. You deserve to take your $ where it is earned and appreciated!
Update 8/6/2025
I went to the drive thru at 11:15pm. The manager told me “systems are down.” I asked ” is that true?” And was told why would we say that if it wasn’t? I said because u close at 12 and don’t want to make my food. I drove away and went to the fast food establishment next door. I then witnessed another customer go to the drive-in and their order was taken. I pulled behind them to hear what the manager was saying over the speaker. She said they have food but it is old; attempting to talk the customer out of ordering. However, that customer was assisted and at least offered food. If the restaurant doesn’t want to cook after 11pm and only offer old, nasty food then the establishment needs to indicate they close at 11 and not 12. I have visited this location many times even later and have never been turned away, received old food, or just blatantly lied to about systems being down. I have been a happy customer here for 15 years. This is just bad business and the so- called manager needs held accountable. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been turned away. I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. Ridiculous and sad
