I have purchased here before and I have always had great service, although today I was unsatisfied with my experience.I simply ordered a single water and I waited at the stalls for 20 minutes after the expected time. We went to go to the drive through thinking that someone would notice us and could help us but nobody did. Unfortunately I left the sonic without my drink.

This location on Northwest Blvd has excellent service. Greeting customers, courteous, prompt with their orders & making sure that you’re satisfied. When ever you’re not satisfied they’re quick to correct it Without any issues.

Chicken was tiny 1 tomatoe slice not even a big tomatoe is bigger than the chicken. It’s was cold and had been fried a while back and been sitting. When you pay 13 dollars for a meal I don’t expect miracles but some measure of quality control would be nice. When I worked in restaurants when there was inferior product that didn’t meet standards we wouldn’t sell it to customers.

Got an ice water today that tasted earthy and just off putting (07/31/25). I dont think they’re water is filtrated.

Paid 10$ for a pork bbq burger it was so disappointing the patty was hard and old . And the pulled pork was maybe a teaspoon size FALSE ADVERTISED.

Great service but it seems as though Sonic has changed up their ranch dressing recipe. I have been a sonic customer for 20 years and always get cheddar peppers with ranch but today the ranch was extremely thick and super sweet. Definitely a disappointment. I hope they change it back to the original.
