First time at Smokey’s. Large menu to choose from. Very diverse. Orders the rib tips dinner with onion rings and fries. Very good. Loved the sauce. The cornbread was dry. Choking dry. That was disappointing.

I had the gyro, and it was absolutely delicious! They gave a generous portion of meat, which was well-seasoned and tender, wrapped in soft, warm pita bread with fresh toppings. Every bite was full of flavor! For my side, I chose the corn on the cob. While it was fresh and cooked well, it was a bit plain—I would have loved if they had provided some butter on the side to enhance the taste. Overall, the meal was satisfying, and I’d definitely come back for another gyro. A little extra attention to the sides would make the experience even better!

This used to be our favorite gyro spot but recently we’ve noticed a change after the new owners took over. The gyro meat isn’t as crispy and delicious and they changed their fries. We used to come here specifically for their battered fries so it’s sad that they changed those too. A side of fries is crazy expensive, almost $6. Def worth the battered fries but not for regular fries. #bringthemback
Not sure we will recommend this place anymore as the quality of the food has gone down. Their customer service is still good, they’re always friendly and willing to answer any questions we have. We really hope they consider bringing back the battered fries.

Food is generally good but this time when I ordered an ice tea, it tasted like sulfur. Rotten eggs ice tea, I knew something wasn’t right so I opened my drink and found bugs in my drink. Very disappointed that they don’t keep their restaurant clean. Also some workers are nice but others are very rude even when I’m nice to them.

Haven’t been here for awhile and we thought last time it was definitely not the same. Feel that way even more this time. Brisket was tender but hardly any seasoning. Mac and cheese was really disappointing. No cheesy taste at all. Didn’t finish it and I love Mac and cheese. Fries were very good but half chicken was not done by the bone. Plenty of food served but just not that good. Will no longer be on our restaurants to visit.

The food was awesome. We had the pulled pork dinner. Their original & spicy sauces are great on the pork. The pork was a very generous portion. We could not finish the meal because you get so much.
The fries were crispy and tasty. My son got the kid’s ribs meal. He enjoyed it.
The prices were a bit on the high side, but we will definitely be back again for more delicious pork.

Not a traditional smoked meat BBQ place. More of a Italian beef joint with pulled pork and a couple of other bbq like options. Better off getting one of the Chicago style food options than coming in thinking you’re going to get some amazing smoked brisket.

The excessively fat pork ribs drenched in heavy smoky sauce were a huge disappointment- zero stars for the ribs method of cooking, presentation and taste.Corn bread taste is buttery but crumbles easily , Mac’n cheese is ok but coleslaw was old and underwhelming. They were out of cake although featured on poster!! Great ties with the community makes for the lack of passion for cooking – taking customers for granted.Thank you for the donation box in the parking lot.

Everything about this place is wonderful right when you walk up friendly staff and good prices. The place inside looks nice and warm like a barbecue joint. The food was fresh couldn’t ask for anything more good job guys will be a customer for a very long time.
