I ordered the deluxe. There was enough (Thousand Island dressing?) for 5 or more burgers. The bun was stale, fries were hard. It took a while. I don’t know why, there could be lots of reasons. The gal at the window was nice but the view of the inside of the store from the car is gross !
Earlier Review: This photo is misleading. The sandwiches aren’t that big. After seeing the commercials on TV for the Petite Fillet Steak Sandwiches, I was eager to try one. A great idea that isn’t as good as you think it should be in execution. Fillets, being a very lean cut, just aren’t as tasty as other cuts of beef. When I cook one at home, which isn’t very often, I use a little more salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic butter. The sandwiches tend to fall apart as you eat them, which surprisingly doesn’t detract from the overall experience – you just grab a fork and go. Next time, I think I’ll stick with the brisket, Reuben, or traditional gyro.
I have used the drive thru here 5 or 6 times since 2019 and have had essentially the same type of negative experience each time. The food is packed in the bag in such a way that it spills. The sliders have crusty and dried out buns and less meat than they do at other locations, the meats are cold and cheese is not melted, the buffalo chicken is sometimes undercooked, and often stacked at the bottom of the bag so that the other items sit on top which gets Buffalo sauce all over them. Which is a huge mess when you get home to eat… And even more annoying when you’re trying to eat in a vehicle. It’s also annoying that this location still doesn’t support mobile ordering. I am old school and prefer to pick up my food myself but I do enjoy the option of using an app to place the order to streamline the drive-thru process… Anybody who has ever used the mobile ordering option at Chick-fil-A understands how smoothly it can be executed. Honestly even Jack in the Box has it figured out better than Arby’s when it comes to mobile ordering. Arby’s just seems to be slacking in my opinion. However like I said I prefer to pick up my food myself and not have it delivered by a delivery service and because of that I appreciate good customer service in the drive-thru. Despite all the negative things about my experience I will admit that the person working the drive-thru window today was very pleasant and kind and seem to be doing his job well… The problems seemed more systemic to me possibly with corporate or local level management. This is a long review but to be honest I probably will not go back to this location to eat again… It’s too close to other restaurants that have much better service and similar food.
Wish they would bring back the potato cake’s..
