Honestly I don’t think the employees care to be honest I know the managers sure don’t I mean it this just makes me not want to eat there anymore . This is the way my food what when I got it . It was cold and just thrown in the bag , no ketchup , no sauce for my nuggets , no mayo !! WOW WENDY’S PLEASE DO BETTER !!! Pretty sure my ticket said no onion !!

Went through the drive-thru to get some Frosty’s. The employee wouldn’t even let us finish our sentences and was extremely rude. We got to the window and they made us 4 Frosty’s instead of 2. We tried to explain that we only wanted 2, but again, could barely finish our sentence before he threw us the Frosty’s without making us pay for any. (That’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review ) So rude but if you try to explain your order maybe you’ll get some free food!!

Sooo bad I asked for fresh food and they didn’t give me anything good it was sooo bad then the manager lied to me saying that it was fresh. I can’t believe the manager she talked to me like scum and I had just pulled a double. All I wanted was goodish food and after I payed money for something I didn’t receive she lied to me. This was a Monday night so the manager working that night lied. And was rude as hell. If you don’t like your job find a new one without working for the public.

The crew was great. I have been getting the spicy chicken sandwich for years and over the past couple of years they have been rubbery in places. Today I ate one that was completely rubbery. The entire piece of chicken. I am so disappointed in the dip of quality. There is no excuse for this, given how much the sandwich costs. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Attached is a below average month for me. This store just decided trying to charge me $.55 for a cup (of water) was worth losing that revenue – they’d never done that before. If I was a WEN stockholder or franchise owner I’d hope my people made better decisions.

Gas station Wendy’s so it there is a lot of traffic with shared bathrooms. Im assuming the manager greeted us and was very nice. Food was hot and didn’t take long to be served. Self served our drinks, plenty of options. Was out of peace tea cut had brewed tea available. Nice stop.

February 8, 2020 update: still amazing! New employees named Bernard & Connie were very good at taking our order and getting our food ready.

The chicken nuggets, family size, were a hit!
The restaurant was very clean and the food delicious.
Some of us really liked the new remodel, particularly the fireplace.
The music was gospel pop, and we enjoyed that too. It was not too loud, so we could still talk.
The service was fast, and the Wi-Fi was free. Vanessa took our orders quickly and with a good attitude. The manager Renee put together a bunch of Frosty Key Tags for us, too.
It was an overall great experience!

Literally took 17 minutes to get 2 sausage biscuits at 719 am on Sunday there wasn’t another car in the Drive-Thru and it literally took them almost 20 minutes to get me. Two biscuits will never eat there again

A nice relaxing visit to the Wendy’s by campus. I haven’t gone to this one in awhile. I always get a spicy chicken but I was feeling a Dave’s single. The staff was very friendly and there was sweet old lady and a cute girl with a northeast accent up front. The lobby was well kept an my food was perfect. Thanks ETSU Wendy’s team!
