I like the kung pao chicken they have here I usually always get it. the general tso chicken is good. and I like the orange chicken. I don’t know if they have any cashew chicken and I don’t know if they have any pad thigh. their service also always fast and quick and the people that work here are very friendly and courteous and helpful. it’s very clean the bathrooms are nice they always clean them I always have a good time when I come here. this is a great corporate chain. and I heard they pay the managers well like over $100,000 a year but they don’t stay very long I guess it’s a lot of stress because a lot of people come here..

Always love panda, but like… I know i should get my veggies but this broccoli beef might as well been labeled broccoli with taste of beef. Check your portions what you are actually scooping please, or at least go in and ignore the drive thru so you can call it out when they are putting your order together this is just sad.

I ordered the family meal for 5 online. My food was cold and soggy. I ordered from here due to it being what my Mom wanted for Mothers day dinner. I ordered chow mein which was just cold noodles. The fried rice was cold and greasy. The walnut shrimp was very soggy with not even one walnut in the box, very cold. The mushroom chicken was cold with very little chicken. The sesame chicken was overly breaded and soggy as well as being cold. Our two orders of egg rolls were cold. Last but not least the two orders of crab Rangoon were cold. To sum it up the food wall is all cold. It sat on the shelf without being under any heat lamp to keep it warm at least. For the over 50.00 I ended up spending today. I feel it was a waste of money. Plus the food was not even ready as promised on line. My receipt : The order number is 35183091734282240 and while waiting the other reciept number is 124813

Hit and miss.. sometimes one walnut. Sometimes 2. Sometimes 4. Sometimes the orange chicken is hard sometimes it’s not. I’ve never liked the fried rice. Chow mein… sometimes dry sometimes it is not. Bottom line, they are not consistent. Bigger plate too much food. Plate too much food.. bowl is good portion if not a super big eater

Went to grab some quick food with the kiddos and was treated like I stole from them. I ordered online, came to pick up my order and the girl tells me it’s not ready and to drive around and get back into the drive thru line or walk inside. I told her I have kids in the car and it’s pouring so I’ll just drive back thro the drive thru line. Come around and tell them I have an online order and she tells me to pull around. I pull up to the window and a nasty little white girl comes popping out, saying “your order isn’t ready. We won’t make it for another 15 minutes.” I’m like what in the world the other gal just told me to come around and it should be ready. She then proceeds to tell me there is 2 more people in front of me so there is no way it would be ready. I’m so confused because I’m litterally the only one in line and it’s a fast food restaurant for crying out loud. You can just plate the food and hand it to me but no she would rather make up a story. I then proceed to ask if I can cancel my online order and just order at the drive thru window and she goes, “you will still have to wait the same amount of time”. At this point I’m so confused because don’t you get your food as soon as your order? This isn’t a Michelin star restaurant, it’s literally fast food. I told her, “don’t worry, just cancel my order.” She says, “you can do that yourself thro the appt.” I pull around to park to cancel my order and I get a text that my order is ready…. So now I can’t cancel it even tho she said to just cancel it. I drive around again and the gentleman was kind and handed me my order. Get home and it’s not even the correct order. Got walnut shrimp and paid extra for it and the sticker says walnut shrimp but they put some chicken in there instead. Just all around frustrating. You guys advertise to use the app and when someone does you guys act like you can’t help them. It’s freaking fast food!!!!! Plate the food instead of standing there arguing that you can’t serve me food that I already paid for.

Absolute awful Experience, My fiancé went to this location at 9:15 PM on August 31 2025, I asked him to get me teriyaki chicken with white rice, At 9:15 he gave me a call and told me that they refused to serve him teriyaki chicken with rice and the only thing that he can get was orange chicken or Kung pow chicken. I spent about five minutes on the phone actually getting upset. I really wanted to cry. I got on my phone and called the Broadway location and asked them if they were serving teriyaki chicken and white rice. The lady proceeded to ask me if I Was looking for a remake. I told her no and said that They are gone location, refuse to make these two items, even though he was going to could wait for them. The nice lady on the phone told me that they were not allowed to do that and they had to cook until they closed and that I should report it to the corporate office. Which I will be. I then called the argon location back and explained what happened and asked for the name of the employee that told my fiancé that he could not order these items, He tried to tell me that it was a miscommunication and that they would’ve served him if he waited. I told him that I heard him on the phone say that he would wait and they still denied him service. At that point, I continue to ask for the name of the employee that told my fiancé they would not serve him the food so I could make the report. He proceeded to say oh my god, and tried to fix the problem. Asking if there was anything he could do, At that point there was no resolve. I tried to ask them nicely to make the food and they refused before my fiancé even left the store. In my mind, there was no resolve. He still tried to convince me that it was some sort of communication he would fix the problem. Even though my fiancé was with other people in the store, and they all left as well because they refuse to make the food they wanted . He refuse to give me the name of the person that made my food as well as the corporate number. I had the Broadway store back and Ask for the corporate number. Absolutely ridiculous will never be returning to this location. I hope they truly get fired for this experience.

I came about 45 minutes before closing and they forgot to give me silverware. I tried getting the employee’s attention at the window, and she clearly saw me but kept ignoring me even though they were still open. I had to park and go inside just to get a fork. Really frustrating and unprofessional.

Every single time I come to this panda, there is an issue. Whether is be food or service. It’s just the closest one to my apartment. I’ve had orange chicken that tasted burnt, chow mein noodles not being cooked enough, and employees only giving one soy sauce packet for an order of three to-go boxes or sitting at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before a worker even notices.
Also they apparently think whoever orders chow mein noodles is a rabbit. Who wants to chew on this?? Every time I order chow mein from this location there are 10x more vegetables than noodles, and the vegetables are giant chunks that I have to pick out.
Like it’s not hard to pay attention to quality.
