I had a frustrating experience at Raising Cane’s when the staff failed to return my bank card after my purchase. I didn’t realize it immediately, and by the time I did, it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Handling customers’ payment cards is basic responsibility, and this should not happen. While mistakes can occur, there was no urgency or accountability shown in fixing the issue. I tried to speak with the manager, and she just walked away. This is the second time this has happened in two months if they would pay more attention to the customers instead of being on their cell phones and talking amongst their selves, this wouldn’t happen. This Raising Cane’s experience went downhill fast. Because of this, I will not be returning again.

Very efficient and organized drive-through service with a limited choice menu that adds to the simplicity and efficiency. Prices do seem to keep increasing and sometimes I am surprised at how quickly this seems to occur. I do feel the quality remains high and the employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy working at the location on Detroit Avenue in Lakewood.

My experience here is always good but tonight was the worst and I won’t be back. Extremely long wait time for the drive thru. We ended up leaving and never ordering anything. We watched 7 cars order on the left side of the drive thru while the right side never moved, never had anyone check in and say one moment. Will not be back.

Recently moved to Lakewood from a lesser city in NEO. First time having Canes as a choice of food and my experience were as follows, bare with my excitement; “yo! Canes, let’s goooo!” because this food is . The fried chicken is impossible without the colonel’s contributions but this is innovation meet customer service perfection. At the first thing where you’re at the window I felt empathy from behind the speaker. They got these young kids putting empathy in motion. I was short and lost my payment method but had cash just shy of the total. They said “no biggie here you go” and I realized I had an unprecedented experience! Chipotle did cool things like this but not as cool. I see a weekly staple!
Worthy note; who are their mentors? They are doing it right.

I love their Chicken fingers, Sauce and The French fries, they taste pretty good and it’s delicious, so I’ll give it a 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to have their food again next time whenever I get a chance to.

Caniac combo, was charged and extra $1.23 for my drink with a combo that’s supposed to come with a drink. Asked for light ice, cup was 70% ice. Mind boggling levels of incompetence and stupidity. ❤️ the most upset I’ve ever been over $17. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve been seeing the ads for Raising Cane’s on Facebook for a few years so I decide to take trip out there. (27 minute drive) Their chicken fingers are perfectly fried with right amount of batter in clean oil! The customer was great! The crinkle fries are good! The dipping sauce was good and peppery. The lemonade didn’t quite groove me nor did the coleslaw. But overall great food and not to forget the texas toast; it was delicious as well!

I wish I could say something better.. the chicken is not very good, bland infact unless you use the sause and just barely cooked enough and those fries are probably the worst fries I’ve ever had.. they are like something they would feed you in prison. The Texas toast is just is just more calories so it fills you up more and you aren’t still hungry after wasting $14 – nothing about it is “good” but it will keep you from starving, I guess. 2 stars
-Eatable but not enjoyable-

Placed a curbside order today, November 11, and picked up around 5:40 PM, checked my order after receiving it and was short a piece of toast. Went inside to get it and before I was even out the door, the young male worker who was working the front counter (not the person who gave me the order at my car or the missing toast inside the restaurant) said something to his coworker along the lines of “always believe the customer”… Maybe instead of snide remarks, you could double check orders?
