An experience so bad that the restaurant Next Door comped half our meal for having even been at your restaurant. We all had a good laugh about our escape from Burger King.
This morning I asked my partner to take me here. Pulled into the drive through and my partner said, “Just watch, we’ll be here until lunch before they take our order.”
I laughed because that’s clearly an exaggerated joke. Nope. We waited half an hour before deciding to drive over the curb to get out.
The service here is usually pretty lame but dang today was something else. There’s clearly issues in upper management. Likely the stuff Kitchen Nightmares is made of.

I usually don’t do reviews but the wait was terribly bad ,I waiting for more then 20 minutes for one order. And when I got to the window I was asked to go and park and it was another 5 minutes on the wait.I think you need to hire more people or change management because this is not the first time, But the kid that took my order was very polite and apologized on the wait.

The manager, an older lady, verbally disciplined and counseled all of her subordinates, including the apparent shift supervisor, multiple times over absolutely petty stuff and a minor mistake on my order.
It happened right in front of me.
I wanted to be anywhere else… and so did those employees.
ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL & very unpleasant to witness. Next time I’m in Omak I will go somewhere else.

If you are in a hurry don’t go here. The wait to get your food is excruciating and the burgers are Lukewarm the upside is the fries are hot. This place needs a management change.

This Burger King is consistently the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to. Every visit is a 20+ minute wait (drive thru included), and the excuse is always “such and such needed to be cooked.” The pace is painfully slow, orders take forever, and the food that finally comes out is below the lowest of standards. Staff is always unorganized, management is completely lacking, and there’s no sense of urgency. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s the same experience every time; frustrating, time-wasting, and disgusting.

This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to. Drive thru is always extremely slow. Like 15 mins to get your food. The inside is not much better. Very dirty. Glass not washed, food on the floor and all the tables are dirty.. I would like to say it was because they are busy. But at 8am on a Saturday? Come on!

Extremely disappointing establishment. Employees didn’t care one bit about their job and were very lazy. We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches and it took over 15 minutes for them to put them together. Multiple other people came in, ordered, got their food and left before we got our simple order. Absolute garbage service.
