With the understanding drive-thru is busier during peak hour, it is absolutely ridiculous when two-three cars from one lane order before the other even had one car go through. Having previous experience with working fast food at a double lane establishment it should be alternating one car per lane to maintain the flow. I waited in line 10 minutes before even reaching the menu due to this which is ridiculous when there was only two cars in front of me that hadn’t ordered yet.

The food itself is fine but someone really needs to be retrained on efficiency.

The biscuits have no flavor. And they are using a smaller biscuit cutter to cut from dough.
Go to a Hardee’s and Hursey’s BBQ. Their biscuits are the correct size to the price point and have a richer flavor.
You are getting less for more at Biscuitville.

Great breakfast restaurant! When my wife & I arrived, the drive-thru line was almost into the street! We parked & went inside. The 1st sight was an employee behind a plexiglass window, making the biscuit dough from scratch! No frozen biscuits shipped in bags here!! I got the Ultimate Sausage Biscuit (double meat, double cheese) & my wife got the bacon egg & cheese. Both were delicious! Our food was delivered within 2 minutes, much faster than expected considering the crowd. My only regret is that we don’t have Biscuitville in the upstate of SC.

Go to a different location I really like the Biscuitville locations around Raleigh so I stopped here when driving out of town. My biscuit didn’t taste fresh and the steak on it tasted like it had been in a warmer for a while. The breading wasn’t crispy anymore and it was very chewy. I tried to get some mountain dew but it tasted like they had diet dew syrup hooked up instead. The dinning area was dirty and the cashier was clearly trying, but seemed generally stressed. They weren’t even very busy when I was there. Like I said, I’ve had much better experiences at other locations.

“THE VILLE is always calling when I come through” top service this morning. My biscuit was thick and fluffy, with a nice size of breaded chicken inside. Them fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly today. I always add some type of sweet to seal the breakfast vibes. I went with the mixed berry pie soft pastry filled with berry that melted in my mouth. #aintnothingfake@theville Farm Fresh allday

Spicy chicken and honey biscuit was perfection. I realized after I ordered the menu had a note for 1/3 the calories a biscuit – I totally would of opted for that if I noticed it sooner.

Best biscuit ever. Wish they had a dairy free version. I risked an allergic reaction to eat two of them

This is not the best run Biscuitville. They are more worried about speed than quality at this location. The drive thru staff takes orders before the menu then they act like it is an inconvenience when you want to drive up to the menu and read it. My suggestion it to go to the other locations that will treat you better and actually listen to what you want to order. The window people are friendly but again will put your food outside as if they’re always rushing. They have given me the wrong food several times. I usually go to other locations that may be further but are run better.

y’all let me down today. I simply love Biscuitville and frequent most of them in Alamance County. Today I visited the Alamance Rd location and got the saddest biscuit ever. I ordered a scrambled egg and cheese.. I got a mostly cheese biscuit with a scrap of egg. My friend ordered a low carb platter (eggs and grilled chicken breast) but got no utensils to eat it with. 2 stars for the good customer service.. hoping for a better experience next time.
