I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered two bowls and a bag of chips, but my mom’s bowl was overloaded with sour cream and onions, making it inedible. When I tried to explain the issue to Carmen, the assistant manager, she became argumentative and blamed me for not paying attention to the employees making my food. Despite having the receipt and the food, she refused to replace the bowl and even brought up my former employment at Chipotle, saying ‘we didn’t train you right.’ Newsflash: I quit because of issues like this. If complaining online means waiting a month for resolution, I’ll just make sure to never come back. Carmen’s attitude was unprofessional and rude. Avoid this location if you value customer service and good food.

There’s like 5 little pieces of meat in here literally! I went searching for the meat and there’s hardly any. No beans! I’m diabetic I can’t just eat carbs. This place has always given me trouble when it comes to portions. Ordered it on the app, (double rice and double beans) and this is what I get? Like I’m just so disappointed with this place. Happens all the time. Like quit being so damn greedy with the food and give us more because we’re the ones spending money so I would like to get what I’m paying for.. terrible.

As much as I love Chipotle and as often as I visit this location. Today’s meal was horrendously abnormal.
The fajitas veggie was covered in thyme, green salsa was watered down as at least twice as thin.. honey chicken was pure sweet instead of savory.. someone needs correct the recipe

Came here to get dinner recently and the restaurant dining room was filthy but what truly shocked me was that TWO HOURS prior to closing, they had someone cleaning around the line using a blue mystery cleaning liquid on and around the food that was actively being served—I actually watched some get splashed into the beans. This is not just gross, it is dangerous for people to be ingesting this liquid. While I certainly appreciate cleanliness in the restaurant, perhaps they should focus on the disgusting dining room and follow safer food service protocols.

Don’t waste your time calling this company. As a motorcoach operator I try to notify restaurants when I bring a group. The phone system utilized by Chipotle is terrible. If this organization cared about customer service they would actually give a way to speak to a person. Maybe a computer will buy their food.

I visited this Chipotle and had a very disappointing experience with the manager. So I asked the employers that was working at the time and she said James. I asked for a side bowl of just rice, and he tried to charge me for a full entrée bowl. When I asked for clarification, he told me that next time he would only give me the tiny salsa-sized cups, which didn’t make sense. I simply wanted to understand what I would be served with in the future, and instead he gave me an sassy attitude and an unpleasant look. His behavior was sloppy, rude, and completely unprofessional especially coming from a manager. I left feeling disrespected as a customer. This location needs to address its customer service.

I just came here to say that I walked in to an all lady crew and for the first time in the history of me going to this specific chipotle on hillside and central. The vibes were IMMACULATE. I usually avoid that one cause it’s usually full of a bunch of young men and boys blasting trap music and yelling at eachother and they could never get an order right. Today it was the cutest and sweetest crew of ladies having a great time at work and doing their jobs great. They were friendly and efficient and if that’s the new crew I’ll be able to go back to coming to this chipotle again. 10/10 vibes ♡
