Ordered past Saturday got my food wrong, ordered a couple days ago forgot all my sides and condiment’s, today tried going through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order my wife placed. Told me I had to have the phone used to place the order (even though I’ve picked up orders she’s placed before without it) when I came back with the right phone my order was sitting on the counter already ice cold.

Went in at 4:15 Tuesday Dec 23, floor wet and slippery ,no rugs, wet all the way to cash register. Ordered a Big Mac ,no cheese and seedless bun as I have thousands of times before and an unsweetened tea! After 20 minutes in which I had time to look about to see,dirty tables and a floor that had not been swept in a while, we got our food, my seedless bun quarter pounder consisted of a burger in a box an to wash it down, you got it if you said sweet tea!, When we took it back up to get a correct order we were met rudely by a manager who could care less! I waited another 15 minutes for my food which was cold! I will NOT ago back!

Corporate needs to do better!! I came to the store at430am and I am being told to move from the the ordering area because I am running their time up! If the time is going to change post it! The working people are on time limits and depend on accurate times! I won’t be coming to this store after this! I will not move from in front of the ordering menu. The store says they are open 24 hours!

They stole from me this morning. I was at the drive-up window for 15 minutes waiting on my food. I went inside to tell them that I had to get going. The manager was very very rude to me. I asked for my money back and she told me that I needed my receipt. I went out to my car to get my receipt and brought it back in to her. By this time I am fuming mad. She told me that she would not give me my money back. She told me that I needed to call the number on my receipt. I went to the police station and they told me that it was a civil matter. The police officer was very nice, and understood what I was going through. I will be suing this McDonald’s. I do not recommend anyone go there. The only number on the receipt is their number. Why would I call them? And I’m late opening up my shop. They’ll be hearing from my lawyer.

Great place that’s very family friendly and family oriented. They have a wide selection of food to choose from and there food is always freshly cooked and hasn’t been sitting in there cabinets all day like most mcdonalds locations. All of there employees were very professional and nice and came off very inviting and made me feel welcome and confident in my choice to dine in with them. They were also very sanitary when preparing my food an they wore gloves the entire time and constantly had people cleaning up. I highly recommend Batesville Indiana Franchise location to anyone jus looking for a cheap affordable meal and good service especially even for the whole family!
