Stopped here passing through they have tesla supercharger nearby. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! Trash over flowing, no toliet paper and the over all cleaning is lacking at this current location. There was plenty of staff there compared to the amount of customers in restaurant to clean up.

This will be the third time I have stopped here in a year and still have never received food. One time they said they couldn’t take credit cards but could take cash. Another time they were out of chicken. Today at the drive through at 2:20pm they simply said “we are closed”

Typically, when I see a Popeye’s with under four star rating, I assume it’s the service. They tend to get a lot of pushback about unpleasant employees. That was not the case at this location. I ordered online for drive-thru pickup and the lady at the window was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I asked for extra pickles and instead got zero pickles. Also, no napkins. Very inconvenient when picking up at drive-thru in order to get back on the highway. My advice, check your bag and your order to make sure it’s right. Overall, the food tastes delicious, (minus the lack of pickles)

Out of everything! Coleslaw, Mac and cheese, ice, Diet Coke, toilet paper, no carbonation on the soda machine. Floors were greasy. Food was good, it just took forever to get it. Looks like very poor management. Would definitely not come back.

I went to Popeyes tonight for the $6 meal deal like I always get from another Popeyes in Florence SC their food is always hot and delicious. I ordered Mac and cheese and red beans and rice there is a up charge no big deal.
get to the window and no mac and cheese so I requested fries as a replacement. I had to drive up eventually I went in and as soon as she saw me she started fixing the food. I get home my food is warm almost cool, my red beans and rice was mixed together, the food had no flavor, and I didn’t get any change back.
I honestly feel like the had Mac and cheese and they tampered with my red beans and rice. Why do people mistreat people knowing they wouldn’t take it if the shoe was on their foot.
I kept my cool cause I had every right to turn up but God is good.

My husband and l was traveling on January 1 2026 and decided to stop at Popeyes since it was off l20. This was our 1st time and it will be our last. This place needs to be reported to the health department. Your customer service was great and the food was hot and good. I didn’t see the problem until we ordered our food and went to sit down we couldn’t find a clean table to sit at one of the tables had a face mask on it, where someone taken it off and left it there floor had food on it and l went to the bathroom to wash my hands floor was wet and the bathroom was dirty, trash needed to be empty. My husband and l were the only customer in there at that time so someone could have taken the time to clean up. You don’t to apologize to me have someone clean this place up. I feel like apologizing doesn’t mean a thing cause l read the comments and you keep saying the same thing and some of them were 3 weeks ago and older. Just clean the place up

If there was zero stars I’d give it, they don’t even deserve one. I ordered 2 5pc spicy tender combo meals, an extra side of fries and 3 drinks. I waited 47 minutes for my food. They gave me one combo with mild tenders I took it back to the counter only to be told “sorry I gave you what we had”. They had no ranch, no coleslaw, no Mac n cheese and the restaurant was a mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This restaurant was terrible. First off one toilet was broken in the womens restroom. The other had no toilet paper (good thing I checked first). The can of lysol in the stall was empty and there were wet paper towels on the floor. Paper towels were just sitting on the bathroom counter.
There is no butter available and napkins dispenser in the lobby was empty.
Shame on the owner for allowing his restaurant to be run this way.

While charging at the Tesla Supercharger in Dillon, SC, I visited this Popeyes during posted opening hours, but the doors were locked. My daughter called, and the employee was rude, falsely claiming they’d open in 15 minutes.
We tried the drive-thru, but the chicken wasn’t ready (another 15-minute wait), and the staff was equally rude, so we went to Zaxby’s next door.
This was disappointing for a Popeyes. I urge the General Manager to investigate the locked doors, rudeness, misinformation, and unprepared food, then train staff for better service. Customers deserve more.

Who’s running this place? Running out of food, running out of tea. Cook in the back with attitude saying nobody told him to make “that” referring to my order, I guess his monitors weren’t working. Just rude, no apologies. Heard other customers withe say it’s always like this. Saw no management taking charge.
