Food is horrible. Food preparer do not understand the term of cross contamination. Using the phone with her gloves on and leaving the preparer station and wearing the same pair of gloves while restocking the food bins and never changed her gloves until she was asked, no hair net, loud mouth and got offended when she was asked to change her gloves. Food nasty at this location . Chicken under cooked and rubbery the worst from this location I have ever experienced They always out of something.the chips are stale. Poor service . Heavy turn over in employees. I been visiting this location for at least 6 years , I will never again

Beware of this QDOBA.. Beans were hard which indicates that they were not fully cooked. New menu offering shrimp for Lent was not available. Soft drink machine was out of order. Additionally sadly the front end team member was cashing out order as well as preparing all orders by herself although there was other team members available. My personal opinion, this location is still open due to Belleville’s limited restaurant choices.

I honestly don’t know why I keep returning to this location. Yes, it’s the closest to me, but driving to Canton instead is worth it. They have terrible time management skills. I’ve waited an hour for an online order before because they kept prioritizing the people in store and ignoring the online orders. To be fair, they weren’t staffed well enough at dinner time on a Friday night to handle the influx of online orders and the line of customers. That’s a staffing/management issue. Last night, I decided to give them a try again and I’m done. Not only was my order incorrect, it’s unappetizing. I didn’t eat it. 1) I ordered my quesadilla cheese crusted and it’s not cheese crusted. 2) It’s not been grilled long enough. The quesadilla is undercooked and floppy. 3) There’s not enough cheese to hold the quesadilla together. 4) The fajita peppers were chopped so poorly, I’d guess a kid did them, not an employee. Fajita peppers & onions should be sliced into long, thin strips, not cut into silver dollar sized chunks.
I’m not asking, nor expecting, Michelin Star food here. What I am expecting, though, is what I ordered and for it to be made and cooked properly. Apparently at this location you either wait an hour for your online order or if, by some miracle, it’s made in a timely fashion, you get an unappetizing, incorrect, mess.

Hands down one of the best QDOBA locations I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly. The manager went above and beyond and surprised me with a free meal, which honestly says a lot about how they treat customers. You can tell they care about doing things right here. This is how customer service should be. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Went to my favorite qdoba today and found out Nathan left the restaurant high and dry barely able to make any of the selections we were looking for because they were out of SOOO many things. I dont blame the servers since she did let me know before ordering but this is unacceptable service and someone should be held accountable for this. Many customers have walked out since we’ve been here.

They put half of the quantity and always missing ingredients. These people are disrespectful and this was the last time I ordered food from this trash location. There are ingredients missing, there’s no pickled onion, no cotija cheese, 3 pieces of beans. This looks like trash, It’s unacceptable and they always do this.

This is my favorite Qdoba game I start with, the store manager Nate was amazing today! My ladies here are amazing! Food is always fresh and the staff is always amazing! I never sit in but the lobby area is always clean as well

Everytime I come here the food is good and the people are nice. Never a bad experience. Today Prince made my nachos and they were phenomenal. Also have a vegan option for my girlfriend who is vegan and came to visit.
