The staff is always aware of what you order and make it just to your liking. The drive thru is very good on following orders with a timely manner so not to inconvenience anyone. This place has the best shaved ice I’ve had in a long time. This was our first time coming and I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered a large tiger’s blood Piccadilly, and a larger watermelon apple. We ordered some other ones , but the kids ate them before we got to take pictures. It was a bit of a wait cause it was really busy, but I can definitely say it was worth the wait. I will definitely be coming back to this place especially with this Texas heat.

Went here for the first time. They have 5 different sizes and so many flavors and toppers you can customize. They even have some custom sodas too. They even have 2 Bimini Ring games on the outside seating area. Overall good experience.

Literally sitting in the drive thru right now pat booker location and I’m always super patient but now my infant is bawling! We have been waiting over 30 mins with only 1 person that was in front of us, going on 45 mins now sitting here for 3 small drinks with multiple employees inside…so upsetting, yall don’t come here “an hour wait for drinks”

Horrible visit. Been awhile since my order. Ordered a Oreo smoothie and these people gave me some Oreo with frozen water. Who eats Oreo with water? Some weird cream thing in the middle. Ended up charging me for some xl drink when I clearly stated large. Do better.

We have gone to this place many times and rarely have a bad experience. However, tonight, we got a large snow come that barely had any syrup in it. It covered the surface and the rest was pure ice. When I called to tell them about it, they offered to replace it. My wife drove up and got it replaced but also got a bunch of attitude from the girl at the window. Then, she went to take a bite and got an over abundance of syrup in each bite. It’s to the point of soup. So, I am very unhappy with the service at this place and even more so with the response to the poor service. I will also be looking. For a corporate number to inform them of this incident.
