This is a tough one the service was good with a very friendly waitress. The food was just ok. The steak was not overly flavorful. The broccoli was on kinda cool with no flavor at all. I kinda wanna go back but it’s kinda expensive and there are a lot of places that are just better. I really want to get this restaurant a higher review just because of the service but I can’t. Try it I could be missing something. We may go back to give it a fair chance. BUT there Long Island Ice Tea’s are AMAZING.

The ambience was really nice, and the staff were friendly. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
I ordered the Fajita Trio, and it was delicious. I loved it. I was just surprised there were no refried beans included. We also ordered the egg rolls. I usually make Asian egg rolls, so I’m very familiar with them, but this was such a revelation. The Mexican version of egg rolls has such a different mix of flavors, and I loved the fusion in every bite.
I also liked that they have a payment machine right on the table. It made it so convenient to pay and close out the bill without waiting. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Friend and I went out casually after Valentine’s just for fuel for the food and conversation for the soul. It was still late dinner rush and we only had to wait about 30 minutes. Even with it being a major restaurant holiday.
Server was attentive and kind. He made sure drinks were full, and checked to make sure the food was tasty.

However, there was confusion around the lunch deals, which weren’t clearly explained. When we asked for clarification, the server had to call over the supervisor, which is understandable—but the tone and attitude that came with it were a bit off-putting. Even though the billing error was fixed (our bill included items that shouldn’t have been charged), it felt like the correction was made as a favor, rather than standard good service.
A little more clarity and warmth in communication would’ve gone a long way in improving the overall experience. Still, the quality of the food makes it worth considering—just keep an eye on your bill and ask questions if something seems unclear.

The food was really good. Everything I got was really good but the ribs are not worth it. They charge $3 extra for the ribs and they barely have meat on them and they were dry with skin like jerky. The chips and salsa were phenomenal! Also, the cheese sticks are incredible! Highly suggest everything but wouldn’t suggest the ribs.

My 9 year old asked for Chili’s out of the blue. He’s never been there as far as I know. It was great! Good kid options. The teenager in parents also found some great food. I had the classic fajitas which were good. Overall it was a really good night with a fair price and we had enough to bring some home as leftovers.
Our waitress disappeared for a little while but the place was hopping so she probably needed a quick break. Aside from that they were quick with the food and anything else we needed.
Next time I get requests somewhere I think we’ll also give it a try because it was a good experience.

I ordered a steak and it came out raw and then they cooked a new one and the outside was so burnt it scratched the roof of your mouth when you ate it. Had no appetite by the end and only was able to eat broccoli. Mind you they were also out of shrimp, Mac and cheese, and pasta.

Great + yummy Smokehouse Combo, Baby Back Ribs + Chicken Crispers + Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla + Brisket Quesadilla + Fries + White-cheddar mac & cheese. Delicious + cheesy Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo, 4 Chicken Crispers + White cheddar mac & cheese + Fries + 2 dipping sauces. The portion was more than enough for 3. Friendly + good services.

I went to Chili’s last night with some friends and had the absolute pleasure to be served by Alexis. She was so fun and charismatic, and went above and beyond to help my party. For example: I wanted extra onions in my guac and she told me it was pre made already but she could put some on top for me. She brought me the guac and it was perfect. I will 100% be returning, and hopefully get the chance to have her as my waitress again. She deserves a raise!!!

We did a pick up order for the first time and had a missing item. Very disappointing. We should have checked before we left the location, we were just hungry and excited for our food. Everything tasted good, we just would have liked to get everything we paid for.
