Arrived late night a little after 12 and asked about Hawaiian fish if it came in combo. The response I received seemed to irritate the young lady. She informed me that someone was checking. A response came back from a young man who told me the price. I could barely hear him and I had to ask him to repeat himself more than once and she responded by yelling what he said and I just confirmed my order. Upon going around to drive thru to pay I apologized to the young man for not being able to hear him. I waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes to receive order. When my food finally comes I thanked him to which I got no response. Upon getting home I opened my food and realized that I didn’t receive what I paid for. I just received regular fish sandwich, however I paid for Hawaiian fish combo. To be honest this was the first time I have been treated badly at this location, however I won’t be giving my business in the future.

On the way to church, my wife suggested fast food. I chose this location because it’s on the way. I ordered a French Dip. My wife ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch meal. Food was prepared very quickly. Just as requested. I really like the food at this chain. I would highly recommend this location!

I visited the restaurant via drive-thru before hitting the interstate. I ordered a regular chicken wrap with no lettuce and my husband got a double roast beef sandwich. I specifically asked for fresh, hot nuggets. The gentleman at the window assured me it would be fresh. I received a wrap with no tomatoes and what looked and tasted like day-old nuggets and onions. The point is it was not fresh. They should’ve thrown those nuggets out, rather than serve them to customers. See photos. My husband’s sandwich was fine…thus the two stars. I attempted to call several times and give them a chance to correct my order but they would not answer the phone. It rang so much that eventually a fax machine would pick up. I am disappointed in Arby’s, Douglasville. I will add that when you order inside, the food is much better and the staff is super friendly.

This Arby’s location is awful. I will never be back. This is my first time I have EVER had to go back through the drive thru line THREE TIMES because they couldn’t get my order right. If you are the owner of this restaurant… PLEASE hire more competent employees. The 1st time I went through they did not have both of my orders. So I went back through the line… they gave me the rest of my orders (or so I thought) Something told me to check my food again. They were STILL not giving me all of my food. So I go back through the line AGAIN & they blame me and say that I didn’t wait for the rest of my food which is laughable because the girl at the window insinuated that I was good to go BOTH times. The final time, I realized that the steak nuggets they gave me were not only very burnt but SIMULTANEOUSLY ICE COLD. As if they had come out of the refrigerator. (seriously.) I can’t make this up. So I go BACK through the line to get the rest of my food that they still had not given me and to get a new steak nugget. ARBY’s?! Do you know that girl took those old cold stale nuggets and popped them in the microwave or oven and handed them back to me?!?! I knew because the one tiny one I had eaten was missing still. I was shocked and felt so disrespected that I just went back through the line and got my money back. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service at Arby’s in my life.

Ms. Saha took my order on the drive through she was so happy and bubbly and polite. I enjoy going to fast food and getting good service as it is hard to find nowadays. Even with me asking for multiple things, she was still kind with every response. Big smile at window her and Treasure both were kind and sweet Thank you!! I haven’t been to Harvey’s in forever, so my visit was pleasant and quick on my lunch break.

Arby’s usually always has coupons, we used several this time, which is nice they let you use multiple coupons. My wife enjoyed the turkey euro curly fries and Ja mocha shake. I had my normal beef and cheddar meal with curly fries. Also had mozzarella sticks which we have had in multiple times. Good place to go for fast food.

Restaurant was freezing! Workers could not complete orders. 4 customers walked out due to long wait just to order. Took us 20-25 minutes to get our order of 2 classic roast beef meals with no one else in restaurant. No one in drive thru line either.

We are sitting here now. Terrible service. One car was in line ahead of us. We waited too long. Never before seen the lady at the window. Looks like her name was Treasure but poor thing needs to be kept off the window due to unprofessionalism. Told us she forgot to separate our order. Then said oh I did separate it. Then gave us milkshakes without whipped cream. Then asked us to pull up saying “the car behind you is ready.”
she’s just so confused and doesn’t have enough training to handle the window.
Then a man came up that looked like he needed a head cap over his locks. This is food service and it matters. Please consider proper food service hair covers and proper training of employees. Etiquette needs work. I’m sorry we came here today. I don’t even want the food. Waisted time and money. I work in medical field and I’m pondering what to do about this food.

This place has gone downhill. Multiple times this place claimed to run out of meat. WTH? This is Arby’s – they’re supposed to always HAVE THE MEAT. How do you run out of resources for your signature dish repeatedly in the middle of dinner service? Out of curiosity I asked is there anything else on the menu that’s available then I hear children on the speaker laughing and then the person says ‘the cash register stopped working’ Seems like the goal post had to be moved back a little bit. I’m not going to blame the children I’m pointing my finger straight at management for this mess. Fire everyone effective immediately.

Of the local Arby’s this is the best one to go to. They have the most consistent service by far. The food quality is generally pretty good, and on par for what you’d expect from a fast food place.
