I absolutely enjoyed stopping in thus restaurant yesterday (Nov. 6, 25). The entire place was clean as a whistle and the staff was patient and so pleasant. I have passed by dozens of times, while out picking up my grandson from school, but now I know this is s great spot the two of us can stop in at. I wish I had taken pics, the food was just perfect. It’s been years since I have experienced that at any Wendys… so a huge shout out to the manager and staff. I really do appreciate it.

Alright I had enough of this place there’s always a problem with the chili most of the time it’s never hot always warm and the times that it is hot the chilling is burnt not only can you taste it you can smell it. They never fill your fries all the way up the lady is rude to customers and employees when they ask for more sauce she snatched the sauce right out the guy hand and threw it back in the container thing behind the counter. Why hasn’t corporate got involved this is their business. And we give them our cash in return we get mad service.. there be small pieces of white stuff in the chilli fries be I. Pieces like it’s the end of the bag every single time I went here there’s always a problem I’m definitely reporting to corporate

Poor Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave. Imagine it’s a Monday during lunch hour….. The dining room self-service drink machine is out of order, no Coke products available behind the counter, and no ketchup packets anywhere in the building. I order a double cheeseburger with JUST extra cheese and ketchup only and the burger comes with everything else I don’t want on it. I scraped it off and kept my mouth shut. I had high hopes for a good Wendy’s experience because this was a Wendy’s / Tim Hortons combo restaurant. The young guy (with the dreads) behind the counter was nice at least and he tried his best. This place, at least from the customer’s view of the counter area could use a SOLID cleaning. I recommend they close the place down for a week, get the restaurant up to standards and then try again.

It may be the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Between the people who are taking your order who are extremely rude to them lying to you and charging you more and acting like that is store policy until they get called out. The place is a hot mess stay away.

Ordered my food and when I pulled up to the window there was 3 employees smoking weed right infront of my car next to the railing and walked right back in to grab my card. I know for a fact it was weed by the smell and doing it in the clock.
