The reviews scared me, but I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered on the kiosk, and had my food in under 10 minutes. Everything was correct, hot, fresh, and tasted great. The dining room was also very clean. This was at about 2pm on a Saturday, and there was hardly any customers in there, so I can’t speak on how this place is when it’s super busy, but my experience was about as good as it gets for fast food. I’d definitely return to this location.

Unacceptable wait time for as many team members were in the back avoiding customers. If making people use a kiosk to order does not expedite the service aspect you need to bring back cashiers and automate the serving of the food! Especially if the people making and serving food obviously could care less about customer service. Same great Taco Bell food tho.

Horrific service. The young woman working there tried to over charge us for sour cream. Then when we pointed out that there was sour cream that came with the menu items we were given the amount shown in the photo. They skipped on the guac that is also supposed to come with your menu items.
The black bean crunch wrap we ordered had very little black beans. The cantina chicken burritos were ripped and torn.
They claimed the crispy chicken was discontinued but it was all over their menu. Taco Bell is currently featuring an entire crispy chicken so the young woman lied while also trying to steal money from us.
I would not spend your money here. Avoid at all costs.

The Drive thru cashier/teller was sharp. He listened well and was on point. I spent $46.00 which isn’t a small order. It took 6 minutes to my food after ordering. The best part is the whole order was there. Everything I ordered I received and in an unexpected amount of time. Kudos to the whole team working tonight. Thank you for such a great experience.

I usually go out of my way to be forgiving of mistakes when it comes to food service. I understand that this is a difficult and often thankless industry. That being said I feel compelled to warn others of the level of poor service at the Biggs Junction location of Taco Bell. I made my order through the app and it was received without a problem. It all went down hill from there though. I was handed my drinks (one of which was in correct). They made a new drink correctly and instructed me to pull to the mobile pick up spot and they would bring the rest out to me shortly. There were no customers in line behind me but I obliged. It is important to note that I specifically selected the drive thru pick up option as I was traveling with my dogs and didn’t want to leave them in the car alone. I sat in the mobile spot for 20 minutes before trying to go back through the drive thru. I then was stuck behind a Klickitat county sheriff’s suv for another 15 minutes until myself and the 5 cars behind me decided to all back out of the drive thru. I parked in the lot and went into the store to find my food sitting in the meal pick up area. I waited for an employee to come to the front and asked how long it had been sitting there. The employee said 2 minutes and walked away before I could ask anything else. I took my food back out to the car and quickly checked the temperature of it. At best it can be described as tepid. However after being delayed in my journey by almost an hour and being too frustrated to be polite, I decided it wasn’t worth going back inside the store. Save yourself the aggravation and just skip this place.

I Was the only person at the drive thru. The food was out quick but when I got it was cold and the chulpa flatbread was so stale it broke in half. It was asked hard as a rock. There was also sour cream on the outside. Ive never been to a taco bell this bad. I should’ve did myself a favor and read the comments

I stopped at this Taco Bell location three days ago and it was the worst TBell experience I have ever had. We ordered one Discovery Luxe Box and waited 15 minutes. There were at least two workers in the back, one whom was cleaning (probably to look busy and avoid making the food) and another in the drive thru area that I could not see, but could hear.
The lobby was empty, other than an employee on her break, and a couple who came in about five minutes prior who waited just as long for their order. The drive thru was empty, except for one of the employees driving through multiple times.. potentially to increase their drive thru numbers?
When I got to my car, I pulled one of the items out of the box and immediately had a bunch of toppings fall out all over my car. Not ideal, as I like to keep it clean.
I would not recommend going to this location is you are wanting a quick stop. While it is not my first choice, I would have rather preferred going to the McDonalds across the street.

Slow as molasses! Should have checked the reviews before stopping. Took 15 mins for 1 deluxe box. We were the only ones there. 3-4 staff in kitchen.
A staff was leaving as we arrived, she got in her car and did multiple laps thru the empty drive thru. Made me wonder if she was doing it to artificially boost drive thru numbers or just goofing off with her co workers.
Kitchen counters and eating area were dirty and not being attended to.
Other Taco Bell’s would have had this order prepped and ready before I had time to drive up to the next window.
This location brings shame to the reputable Taco Bell name.

Clearly no one at this store gives a crap about their jobs. I’ve worked fast food. A lot. I know it’s a shitty job, but if you’re going to do something, why not try? Ordered 3 tacos supreme to go. Sat in the parking lot eating and every one was completely broken. 1 could be an accident, 2 is careless, but 3 is intentional. Wish I had read the reviews for this store before even walking in. Cross this one off my list.
