The customer service representative working the Friday night shift — an older female employee — refused to provide her name and was not wearing a name badge.
Her behavior was unprofessional, discourteous, arrogant and not in line with McDonald’s customer service standards.
This interaction negatively impacted our experience and reflects poorly on the restaurant. I understand from other customer feedback that similar concerns have been raised before. I would recommend additional training or coaching to ensure consistent, respectful service for all customers.

Normally they’re fine and they dochave a handful of fantastic employees. If you have the joy of meeting kenith (and a few others which I forgot their names so I apologize) you’ll know just how amazing some of these employees are. but other times, they have no idea how to handle food priority. Just sat there for 15 minutes waiting behind some guy who ordered breakfast too late. I got my burgers and they weren’t even fresh they’re like Luke warm. Have the guy who ordered breakfast late pull off to the side. You can see the cheese has just been sitting there too. I know mistakes happen, but still.

I got there at about 12:50 in the afternoon I ordered the Daily Double meal everything was served fresh even though a couple of the staff members were eating lunch they were still able to get my meal out quickly. I had to use the men’s room and somebody was in the process of cleaning it up this location was very clean and tidy

I have become increasingly disappointed with this McDonald’s location. It seems that everytime now that when I go thru the drive thru my order is incorrect!! Literally every time! Today when I ask if my drink was Diet Coke (because last time they gave me regular coke and I threw it out) the employee was so rude!! What I didn’t check was if the burger was plain as requested…. drove away and NOPE, the burger had everything on it. It happens all the time!! New McDonald’s just went up on 75th Street… I’m switching

I’ve been working as a delivery driver for over two years, visiting many restaurants daily. Unfortunately, this particular McDonald’s consistently leaves a bad impression — all because of one employee.

She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I asked for her name — she told me it was Lorenzo. I don’t know how accurate that is.

Maria or Marianna is repeatedly rude — not just to me, but also to other customers and delivery drivers. I’ve witnessed her speak in a disrespectful and aggressive tone many times.

Today, I arrived and gave her my order code. I was one of the first people there, yet she skipped over me and served several others who came much later. When I politely asked why, she snapped at me, saying things like, “If you want to wait, wait. If not, leave.” I reminded her that I had already given my code 20 minutes earlier, but she responded with the same rude attitude.

If this was the first time, I might have just let it go. But since this has happened repeatedly, I decided to really take my time and write this review. Her behavior was so unpleasant that I ended up canceling my order and leaving.

This is not a one-time issue. This behavior happens repeatedly, and many delivery drivers know about it. I personally try to avoid picking up from this location because of her.

I really hope management takes this seriously. One employee’s attitude can ruin the entire experience and reputation of a restaurant.

Stood there for 12 minutes waiting to order then this lady came and asked if I was ordering anything so I said to her yes ! She said okay and turned her back and went back to the kitchen!!! Then this guy came and asked the same thing and when I said yes I have been waiting to order he instructed me to go to the kiosk and order !! Are you !! Very slow drive through service and Rude workers I usually don’t eat McDonald’s but sometimes I have no choice!! Fry’s was bitter of course because the oil they fry it in hasn’t been changed for probably 3 months and the drink was flat and tasted weird

Wait is long and when I got my food it looked as if someone unwrapped my breakfast sandwich. It wasn’t no longer put together. So I asked for a new one and the literally gave the same sandwich just readjusted.
