Rios just relocated to the old Bayou at the circle in Easton. Today was thier opening day. Beautiful location and atmosphere. I definitely can’t say enough. The meats and sides were g cooked perfectly. Most importantly, not salty. Service was friendly and personable. If you’re not familiar, the waitstaff constantly circles the dining room with skewers of various meats (beef, pork, chicken, duck). They slice it tableside, in the meantime, asking your preference of doneness. Various sides and desserts are available. Definitely worth the trip. You won’t leave disappointed or hungry.

The best Brazilian Steakhouse I or my family has ever been too. Consistently amazing food, with great service that never stops helping. The atmosphere is elegant but not overly fancy that you need to dress up. This place has been a staple of our family that we usual visit every 5 weeks when our schedules align. We celebrate birthdays and normal get together. I highly recommend trying it for your first time or your 5th time, its always great.

Came here last weekend with about 6 other family members for a birthday celebration. The staff and food were amazing. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Even the people who serve the food to each table, even though they visit every table when they come to yours they make the experience feel unique. One of them even noticed we translated some things to spanish for one family member and started saying the item names in English and Spanish.
Also, I’m assuming it was the manager who occasionally goes around and checks up on people, she was very kind and gave us a nice memory to share.
I was a little hesitant at first because I didn’t know if the food would be worth the price, but it definitely was. Not only did all of us leave from there with full bellies, we truly enjoyed every meat we tried, and they do not just limit one slice per person. Even though it’s a steak place, I highly recommend the turkey wrapped bacon and add a little of the spicy pineapple sauce. The steaks are cooked to perfection and seasoned well. They side dishes were also amazing i enjoyed the mash potatoes, they were light and delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

From the food to the staff to the ambience, everything is phenomenal!!!! The drinks, the apps, the food and the people all was 10/10. Will absolutely be back and will be bringing friends and family. Perfect location as well, right on the corner of the circle at Easton square! If you’ve never been to a Brazilian restaurant/steakhouse this is definitely the place to start.

I’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse and it was amazing!! The was sooo much food brought over to you very quickly once you sat down.
The meat was cooked both medium and medium rare and cut to your liking! Each meat was juicy, hot, and well seasoned!

My Fiance and I have been coming to this resturant for years! From back to their old location in Nazareth to their new location in Easton it has always been fantastic. It can be a casual date or you can dress up and make a night of it. The wait staff is friendly, the sides are good and the meat is always fantastic. They have a very broad selection of different meats, all cooked very well and seasoned perfectly. The husband and wife owners are so very sweet and its a pleasure to see them.

I chose to stop by here on a whim and was very fortunate because just 45 minutes after opening, it was already filling up. Someone had just called in a reservation cancelation, so I would definitely call in for a reservation just to play it safe!
As for the restaurant, I was very surprised .The exterior gives a misleading impression of being a small tavern like place, but the interior is quite expansive and very lively with lots of seating, giving off a welcoming family restaurant vibe, and the staff makes it feel just like it, very attentive and pleasant. As for the food, simply delicious, I made sure to try almost all their food selections and amazed to say all offerings were from very good to excellent ,that it’s literally impossible not to be completely satisfied with their offerings, I would highly recommend this restaurant fror everyone! For any occasion, as an added touch, one of my guests mentioned attending with me mentioned that it was my birthday, and they brought me out a Birthday Plan cake with a candle, which was very nice gesture.

The food, service and drinks were fantastic. The entire staff was super friendly and professional. The bar service was a little slow but they were understaffed it seemed. The food was so good, i can’t wait to go back again. You get a bang for your buck if you’re hungry that’s for sure!

We had such an incredible dining experience tonight! Service was on point and every server was kind, attentive and really on top of things. Food was hot and tasty! We were served right away and servers were constantly at our table offering food. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and his wife, who are both genuinely wonderful people. It’s rare to find a place where every single team member goes above and beyond, but this restaurant truly does. We greatly appreciate their service, food and the beautiful atmosphere! Highly recommend!
