Ordered through Instacart. Was charged for fries I didn’t get, received the wrong drink, and the sandwiches looked like they had been stepped on. My wife and I didn’t feel comfortable eating them. Asked Instacart for a full refund.

We love Popeyes some of them are hit and miss. Like every restaurant. My chicken tenders were old, barely put any mashed potatoes in my container (forgot to take that picture) and looked like someone ate half the other red beans out the red beans and rice for my husband me. If you’re almost out of a product I’d rather you say that and I get something else.

Visited on night of 12/28/25~ HORRIBLE LOCATION. Store manager can NEVER be reached and obviously does not give a damn about his customers. I was promised a REFUND several days ago from customer service who said the store would give my refund cause they franchise owned. Also told by another store that they got ahold of main manager and he told her that he would handle it and call me. The night manager lady is very rude and disrespectful. The cashier lady talked bad about me to her friends in front of my face. Then she just let them walk off with free food because the manager asked her how come she did not collect on that order and the cashier made up a lie. I paid $30 for food that was barely edible. It was dried up and cold. I also ordered with points, a caramel cheesecake thing and she says we out. I choose a strawberry cheesecake pie. Cashier again says we out, all we got is Apple pie so I with no choice take that only for it to actually be a strawberry cheesecake pie that was very dried up inside and out so Cashier did not even know what she was serving me cause she said all they had was Apple pie. So if a customer who ACTUALLY ordered a Apple pie and got the strawberry messy pie I got. I would hope they not allergic to strawberry or dairy because the Apple pie they assume they getting would be a strawberry cream cheese pie and NOT the Apple pie she said is all they had. It’s been over a week now. STILL NO RESOLUTION or call back from ANYONE with Popeyes. I even left messages for the district manager as well. They just do not care thats why they got low star ratings

We are not normally fans of fast food, but we do like Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen. This store was much like most, attractive and clean. The staff were friendly but I felt it a bit out of line to be charged $2.50 for a cup of water. I paid it, if that’s the policy then that’s the policy. The food was good and overall the experience was fine.

Ordered online and they told me to come inside instead of the drive through. Waited 10 mins before being acknowledged. They then told me they didnt offer one of the items I purchased. 10 mins later they finally asked me if I wanted the rest of my food. At that point they hadnt even dropped my wings. Another 20 mins goes by and they still haven’t gotten anything together for my order. Still waiting on my refund to this day. This is the worst popeyes

Super aggravated with the overall experience today. I ordered the 2 for $5 wraps through the app and when I got to the store they told me they didn’t have them. I told them just to cancel my order so I could get a refund and they told me “you gotta do that in the app”. Didn’t offer any other assistance or options for food to replace what I ordered. I am having issues getting a refund via the app so I’ll just have to dispute the charges with my bank.

It’s good during the daytime but don’t order at night. There are seven people standing around waiting on orders including two Uber eats orders and one door dash. It’s been a 25 minute wait so far for the guy in front of me and the workers don’t act apologetic or anything.

Restrooms beyond nasty. Air dryer did not work, no paper towels either. Employees would not know because they don’t wash. Area around condiments nasty and probably never cleaned. Ordered straight from menu, no special order. Worst experience at any fast food restaurant in years. Place is FILTHY!

So I went up there for some good food cause where I currently live our Popeyes is getting remodeled. Me and my boyfriend pull up and order and we pay and wait for a small amount of time. We ordered a 5 pc tender with FRIES, a chicken sandwich, and the 6 pc signature hot wings. We get the food back and my boyfriend open his sandwich to a slimy mess no breading on it whatsoever. His 5 pc tender that was suppose to come with fries car with red beans and rice. I was really disappointed with this seeing as to I had been wanting for so long. Do better.
