Food was good- grease on the onion rings maybe tasted a little old but the burger was delicious! Staff friendly and prices fair. The turtle sundae was SO good- salted pecans, gooey caramel and hot fudge- what could be wrong with that. They aren’t like other places that charge extra for condiments like ranch which is nice.
Plenty of parking and a nice, covered outdoor seating area for warm days.

Absolutely superb. Very friendly employees, place was spick and span, food came very quickly, it was absolutely delicious, and was very reasonable. I saw great teamwork behind the counter. Well done to the team and leadership at this Freddy’s.
Also, I read a few other reviews that talked smack about their greasy food — Really? If you’re extremely health conscious and looking for food that is not processed, you ought to know better than to come to a place like this.

This was the first time that my wife and I have visited a Freddy’s…but, based on our experience, it will NOT be our last ! I had the Freddy’s Original Double meal and my wife had the Chili Cheese Dog — my double cheeseburger was gone quickly but I relished every. single. bite. The fries were amazing as well, on top of the friendly and engaging service. All of this combined to make an exceptional first impression…and I’m sure there will be many more trips to come.

OMG!!! MY new favorite! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious My daughter said this was the best chicken sandwich she’s ever had. I’d have shown you a picture, but it was half woofed down before I could say, “Let me get a picture quick”. Their burgers are perfect smash burgers. The curds were gone faster I snuck one before the kids bit one of my fingers off. Lucky for me my kids hate onion rings so I got them all to myself! The fries are super skinny different than other faster food places. Kids each got a shake and said they were amazing! So if you are looking for a great quick bite to eat, try Freddy’s !

Food is better than peak Culver’s by a mile. Staff were super friendly. Tables actually cleaned as soon as they were freed up. I don’t think you can get a meal anywhere for $13 these days and the portions were insane.

Great tasting food. People are nice enough, but it would be cool if they could get the burger on the bun instead of just slopping it together in a way that makes it very difficult to actually eat without it falling apart.
Would also be nice if when you spoke to a manager it seemed like they cared in the slightest instead of sounding irritated they actually have to do their job.
Love getting food there but if the burgers keep ending up like this I’ll have to find another fast food restaurant to frequent that takes pride in the food they serve.

Got the Freddy’s original double bacon cheese burger. Way to much salt on the edges but really no flavor on the inside.
Onion rings were meh, fries interesting wouldnt order again, cheese curds and ice cream were good.
Cool little place to check out.

This review is for the Freddy’s CEO and Upper Mgmt, since you can’t contact them via the Freddy’s website, which means Upper Mgmt doesn’t want to hear from their customers. I don’t have any issues with this location at all. Staff is fine. Atmosphere is fine. Fries are great. Custard is great. The hamburger itself is great. The bun is great. Just don’t get the “swiss cheese”. The “swiss cheese” ruined my patty melt! I don’t know what that is. But, it tastes terrible. This “Swiss cheese doesn’t have holes in it either like traditional Swiss cheese. I imagine their other cheeses are poor quality also. How can you put such poor quality cheese on a good burger? It may be false advertising to call that Swiss cheese. If you want a better cheese on a burger go to Culver’s! Culver’s Swiss tastes like Swiss cheese. Plus, in their concrete mixers, you get double the toppings Freddy’s gives you. You get TWO toppings in Culver’s concrete’s!! No need to go to a Freddy’s if you have a Culver’s in your city!

The food is always delicious and cooked well, presentation is spot on too… but the cleanliness and service is horrible. I sat at the register with my daughter for what seemed like all of 10 minutes… baks turned to us… not a single “we will be with you in jus a moment” it was like we didn’t exist at all, Finalu we order and the dining area is trashed, soda machine dripping from seals, garbage all over the floor, not a single clean table or booth to sit at… and don’t get me started on the kitchen. Anyways…. It’s too bad… because as a Lifelong Wisonsin resident, Freddy’s food is by far superior to Culver’s… but the service and cleanliness is a huge miss.
