Decided to stop in here with a group of my friends and couldnt have been more satisfied. Tina was very sweet, attentive and caring. Food came out a little slow but i chock that up to it being quality. The burger was delicious, the relish on it was sweet and stood in wonderful contrast to the mildly salty and very savory flavor of the meat and cheese themselves. Fries were just a touch dry, but it wasnt anything some ketchup couldnt remedy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and i will definitely be making a return here in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Good Burgers, But Poor Service and Cleanliness
The burgers here were quite good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not very friendly, which made the visit less enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant was quite messy and not well-maintained. It’s a decent place for a quick bite, but the service and cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Best food we’ve had here so far! Loaded bacon cheese Fries were amazing! And Tina our waitress was very nice and attentive! Great to go right after swimming in the pool! The milkshakes were delicious

This person was pretending to be a manager and suggested that we were at the back of the queue, even though the people behind us confirmed that we were first in line. But she didn’t care, she discriminated against us and then said she wouldn’t discuss it or serve us, and then called security on us, but they were also on our side. A terrible establishment and terrible attitude!!!

We had a great time at Johnny Rockets! Great food, fun atmosphere and amazing service! I know we aren’t the first to mention it but our server Matt was great. Very attentive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend for a family meal in Reno! The bacon cheese fries where fantastic.

Maybe it’s a hit or miss at this place but I didn’t have issues. I went for lunch during the week and it was quiet. Very friendly workers and super attentive. The place was clean but then again not many people were there. I opted for a single stack burger because the doubles are meaty! Good taste all around. I would give a 5 if they offered Coke instead of Pepsi and if the fountain drink alone was not $5. That’s not right.

We just arrived after a very long and snowy drove from California. Tina was very sweet and quick with her service. She was very nice and made our late lunch much more enjoyable after the crazy drive we had. The food came quickly and the drinks were quick too. Thank you!
