My recent visit to IHOP in San Antonio was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal.
What truly made the visit special was the exceptional service provided by our server, Sree. She was incredibly polite, patient, and welcoming from the moment we were seated. Sree made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions with a smile, and checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm and friendly attitude made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
Great food combined with such thoughtful service made this visit memorable. I would definitely recommend this IHOP location, and I hope more guests get to experience Sree’s outstanding hospitality.

We went to IHOP after mass this morning. And it was kinda busy. But the WORKERS, not one but workers there, from the young lady in taking our names to the server, Were very sweet. AND not sure if the lady in charge was the manager or what but she left us in aww. She moved around helping when needed. But what got me was the way she spoked to the employees there. Very sweet and calm. A employee drop a plate of pancakes and she told him not to worry to grab more cuz there were plenty more. You could tell he was nervous. But she kept it calm. Cheers to You! I just wanted to let her know that she didn’t go unnoticed.

Much better experience than other locations. We were seated right away, greeted by at least five different staff members, and our food came out quickly—hot, delicious, and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean, the floor wasn’t sticky, and there were no bad smells. The only downside was that the lemons for my drink were rotted, but everything else was great.

When you go to IHOP, you know the food your getting. It was very well made and presented. Victoria, our server did an outstanding effort in taking care of my wife and my needs. She made us feel welcomed and was so polite. Victoria made sure all our needs were made. I recommend this IHOP location. Ask for Victoria when you come. You will have a more than pleasant experience. I had a wonderful dining experience at IHOP, thanks to Mr. BEE and Sree. They were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. The host was professional and had us seated immediately. Our server was Jason who took our orders and always checked on us. He gave this IHOP a good name with his happy positive attitude. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the lemon blueberry crepes, a side dish of fruit, hash browns, and decaf coffee. All were flavorful delicious. The place is well kept and clean. Even the restrooms were tidy. Although the order took a little bit longer (10 – 15 minutes), I considered the crowd. The servers like what they do and it shows.

Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler and it was served hot and everything was tasty good. Our waitress kept our coffee cups full and stopped several times checking on our needs. Tables were kept clean and disinfected after each use.

Genuinely the best experience in IHOP I’ve ever had. Bee made delicious food that I will remember for years to come and Sree was a very sweet server who we were able to have an amazing conversation with. Overall, I am so happy my family and I came here and I look forward to dining here again!

Food was good. Service was prompt and our server was very polite and engaging. 3⭐️ rating because of cleanliness of entire reataurant. Tables needed to be cleared, floors were a mess with both food and trash all around. Final prep area for plating was a shambles, with empty containers that had not made it to the trash. Table rags/towels (dirty) thrown on the counter next to plates. Bathroom (only in the men’s) was a mess too. Paper towels everywhere. TP on the floor. Puddles by lavatories and urinals. This area need some major attention from the GM. Will consider other options in the area next time I’m desiring breakfast.
