There’s a great team here. It’s evident in the level of customer service, these young men and women are actually satisfied with knowing that they got your order correct. That’s what I’m impressed with, they have an awesome leader/manager.

Today I had a terrible experience. Here’s what happened: I ordered food through the app and selected curbside pickup. After a long wait, I decided to go to the counter to see what was going on. When I got there, they told me I hadn’t paid, even though I had already paid with my card. They wanted me to pay again. After they realized it was their mistake, they gave me my order. Since I was in a hurry because I had waited, I didn’t take the time to check. When I got home, I realized my order wasn’t complete; several items were missing. I called the restaurant, but they didn’t answer. What should have been a nice meal for my family and me turned into a terrible experience, awful service, and paying for something I didn’t receive.

Very bad customer service. I initially wanted to use the restroom, but they wouldn’t let me in without placing an order. Then they accused me of smoking in the restroom, even though I don’t smoke at all. Perhaps they treated me so badly because of how I looked when I arrived.

The managers don’t respect kids. The chicken nuggets are bad. The fries are dry. The service is bad the managers like to yell at people and disrespect people. I do not think this is a good place to eat at because this McDonald’s in Roosevelt is the worst McDonald’s in the state.

I paid for my food at the kiosk but it took my money and didn’t complete the order confronted the manager and she argued with me saying it don’t charge my card when it clearly took the money out of my account and then scolded me for using more then 1 card to pay for the order; awful customer service very disappointed never coming back to this McDonald’s again

The order was N4 (morning menu) and instead of two mini burgers, it came with fries and only one mini burger. I ordered a coffee with milk and cream and it came with only sugar. They lie about the menu and reduce the food for customers with drive-thru service.

Are people giving 5 stars getting paid for these reviews? I have given this place 3 tries, including ordering through door dash and it is CONSISTENTLY the worst McDonalds on Long Island. The buns for the McDouble and McChicken were stale every single time. The fries were grossly undercooked, and the LETTUCE used was old and ROTTEN. Oh and the chicken nuggets were so over cooked they had shriveled to a laughable size.
