Ordered Curdside and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes after I checked in. When I went inside to figure why it was taking so long I was told they thought my order was for Doordash, even though the ticket said Curdside. After I corrected the team they gave me my order and by the time I got home my food was lukewarm. The next day I had enough points for a free medium concrete mixer. I figured there could be some redemption so I ordered Curdside again. I checked in and waited for 15 minutes this time. When I went inside to ask about my order I was told they forgot the order and was sitting on the counter, already starting to melt. I can tell a difference since new ownership, some team members don’t seem to care and have gotten lazy. Be better!

Good service but I just don’t like their food… Wanted to get the fish but 2 small pieces of “cod” for something like 20 bucks… From a fast food joint … No. The rest of the guys liked their food alright. I’m just not a fan.

Let me set this straight — I bloody love Culver’s, and mostly everything about it, but this location is just different.
This is the only location I’ve been to where I haven’t been greeted on arrival. Then I made my order: Butter burger basket w/o cheese or butter, and cheese curds separately
I’m in a rush so I don’t check the order until I drive 40 miles back to my campground. You ain’t gonna believe this one though
They forgot the cheese curds, which is fine I guess they were for a friend anyways, but then I open up the slightly damaged burger box
WHERE’D THEY PUT MY BREAD ???

I can’t believe this they done forgot my bread and the pickles were on the bottom I cannot anymore.
Again, love Culver’s, highly recommend it, but if this location turned you away from it I promise other locations around here are better

Not only is the food fantastic, the workers are always cleaning. It looked like the people going through the drive through were moving through quickly. I was impressed that they thoroughly cooked my chicken breast sandwich without drying it out. Mom loved her hamburger as it had a little crisp to the edges. Great job!

This location has two drive thu lanes and three of my four visits seems to indicate the drive thru has priority to be served. Of course no one’s likes to sit in line to order and then sit in line to get your food. But neither do the eat in customers expect to wait for what seems to be about 20 min from the time the order is run up and the food finally gets to your table. Niles Mi seems to have this issue. Is it training, staffing, or other. The staff is friendly, and professional, but there is “hickup” somewhere.

A favorite of mine. I ordered a culvers deluxe add bacon with fries and a strawberry shake. My order is complete each time. I have no complaints at all. The food is beyond good. The shakes beat anywhere else. And the staff are great. Always super nice and friendly. Very helpful. Each one I’ve been to I’ve had the same experience. Great food and even better employees. Always clean. Family place. Sit down and eat in or pull up to the drive thru. Awesome job!!!

After being a lifelong culvers addict, I think I have had enough of the over/under cooked (depending on day and time) butter burgers, never any of the genuine seasoning that helped me fall in love with their burgers. Longer than usual wait times at this location, mediocre service, not a very great atmosphere (almost everyone sits to the side on their phones at some point) will not be on our list of lunch locations for the work crews anymore and definitely wont be bringing any family back here after this time. I am understanding and an easy to please person whom keeps our orders simple. I shouldn’t feel the need to have multiple items of our meal(s) re made every other time im here (especially on a $50 order for 4 people).

Not sure what’s been happening but 2 of the last 3 times I’ve been my burgers weren’t smashed like normal. I’ve gotten 2 burnt thick patties that are about half the size of the bun. Today I didn’t open my bag until after getting home only ro realize it happened again and with the snow storm I don’t want to drive all the way back and I shouldn’t have to… I just threw my burger away

After a year of boycotting the Niles location my daughter was begging for Culver’s after practice and even though I asked her to double check the bag and she thought we had everything WE DIDNT! Honestly with pulling forward and waiting the food should all be.. they literally don’t have to bring it out till all the food is done. So frustrating getting all the way home and realizing food is missing after waiting 20 mins for them to bring the food out

The onions rings are awesome. I like that the concretes aren’t as sweet as I was worried they may be. The cashier was helpful with us being first-timers there.
Personally found my Swiss and mushroom burger too salty, with too little mushrooms for that price. It’s still a decent fast food place.
