Ok, let’s be real here…it’s McDonald’s. I wasn’t expecting great food or outstanding service but what I was expecting was fast food. Very rarely do we ever go to McDonald’s as it was literally our last choice on a Friday night after a late wrestling tournament. A&W, DQ, Hardee’s and Culvers were all closed and we reluctantly pulled into the McDonald’s drive through at 10:11 pm and place our order for my son and myself. Nothing too difficult and no ice cream either. We pulled up to the drive trough window paid for our food and waited for over 23 minutes for our food. We overheard the front counter worker remind the drive through girl 3 times that she might want to take care of her drive through customers. When she finally handed us our now cold food I had to ask twice for our drinks as well. Very rarely do i ever complain but something was seriously lacking that evening and a simple sincere apology goes a long way. Again our mistake for expecting fast food at a McDonald’s!

I was literally here at 10:29 to make an order for breakfast and no one was in front of me and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
Made my order for breakfast and they told me I couldn’t get off the breakfast menu. Mind you, I had to wait to make my order and it was just a simple sandwich and an extra hash brown. Horrible service. I have also gotten my order wrong in the past with easy customizations (ex no pickle) and they never follow through.

It’s really sad to say, but this Mcdonald’s needs more/new employees!! I’m not sure, but the guy that works morning is incredibly rude/unprofessional!!
I usually come and order one thing. Most days there is maybe 1 person in the drive through. It takes about 10 minutes to get a drink not even food… I started ordering ahead, and that didn’t change either. I also tried to order inside, and the doors were locked at 5:55 when they open at 5.

What is going on with this location lately? They seem to be going downhill fast. Just our two most recent trips- we ordered a Happy Meal for my son 2 weeks ago and when we got home, the box didn’t have his chicken nuggets! Just mini fries and apples. Then today- his Happy Meal had no toy! That’s not a lot of fun explaining to a young child, but then we noticed the bag of apples in it was 2 days past the expiration date! We’re obviously not going to drive all the way back for this kind of stuff, but it’s frustrating as hell.

Worst McDonald’s ever, keep driving. For several years now I keep trying it every 6 months or so and they never fail to disappoint! Either too little or too much sauce on the fish sandwich and big Mac, even if you customize it! Ordered extra pickles for my daughter’s burgers, 2 pickle slices they put on it. I didn’t realize you only put 1 pickle slice on the burgers now so 2 is extra? Isn’t there some measuring that should be done to be sure measurements are consistent? Fries always cold and stale even at 12 noon, middle of the lunch rush. Is the grease cold? Ice cream machine always broken. What’s going on with you guys? No dollar menu anymore, the rewards suck, burger patties don’t even reach the end of the bun anymore and are thin as paper, chicken isn’t real. McDonald’s is such a disappointment 100% of the time now, gross. It’s such a bummer when Baldwin could use that space for a good restaurant!

I should sue them for false advertising. Everything says the dinning room opens at 5 am here it is 520 and the doors locked! Im unable to go through the drive thru since im a truck driver! Im sure they dont even care! I can starve as far their concerned! Smh

We dined in on 12/16 and given a table top number. 20 minutes go by still no food. I go up to the counter.. oh its over here.. FOR PICKUP. So it sat there getting cold and i was told “I just work here” – I’d sure hope you work here.. Had to wait for fresh food.

Live close by but have not dined here for several years. Remodeled nicely with mix of high tables low tables etc. a fireplace would be nice. It was cold in there. Fairly clean. Food was good. See pics. Had a coupon for free M fries and drink with double deluxe, so good value. The drink cup had a football contest and code to scan with the Mac don app but the app did not have anything like that on it. Still has lion king stuff.

I place a mobile order and drive 12 MINUTES to get my order. Pull up to the speaker and wait 3 minutes to give my code. Pull forward to wait behind 2 other cars. The first took about 3 minutes and the second took about 10. I Pull up to the window and the gentleman confirms who I am and then yells for the manager. She takes a bit of time coming to window all while yelling about what she is doing. She gets to the window and gets a phone call and pulls it out to check it, ignores it and then tells me they do not have more then half my order ready and it will take 10 minutes. Asked if I wanted to cancel so I said yes. Then her coworker chimes in oh we have 1 of 5 missing items, i said forget it. Then coworker says oh we do have 3 of 5 items and she tells him to shush at this point. Cancels my order and I look at the receipt and 1 of my items was not returned. She then asked if I got said item and I said no. So then hadn’t even got my full refund and got my cold chicken nuggets. Because I’m sure they were sitting for 20 minutes.
