Popeyes has good food. It’s just that at this Popeyes there doesn’t seem to be a level of caring. Big signs say OPEN TILL 11 PM but at 730 the doors were locked so no sitting siren to eat or restrooms. No French fries as in “we don’t have no fries” and they are on the menu? Long wait at order station and a VERY long wait for the food.

First, the service was awful. The manager took our order and was so rude. She would barely pay attention to me when I was asking questions about the menu, and there weren’t even any other customers. Second, they had no water except bottled water. Third, our order was wrong. Fourth, we ordered a family meal and she wouldn’t give us the little cardboard plates so everyone had something to eat on. Our order was packed as to go, even though we dined in. All this might be excusable if there wasn’t hair in all of our food. It started with my mashed potatoes, and I thought maybe it was a fluke. Then we found little black hairs in all our food. When I brought my mashed potatoes to the manager to get a replacement, she claimed it was “from the brush” in the back. It definitely was not. Plus, I don’t know why they would need to brush out the cardboard containers they put mashed potatoes in. She didn’t even apologize. And our meal for the family was $56. We will definitely not return, and honestly, we may not go to another Popeyes again. So bad. Even with the hair in our food, the managers attitude was by far the worst part.

Went into today; according to receipt Brockanna waiting on us… never looked up when taking order. Asked for the advertised surf and turf – “I don’t have that”… asked for wrap- “I don’t have that” asked for a #4 3 piece classic “All I gots is spicy”… ‍♀️ Left without ordering for myself only my son a sandwich Impolite to ever person I watched her address.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. Even after all the rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager, I have still went back because I love Popeyes and it’s usually a hit or miss, at times. My chicken was fried hard and looked like it had been sitting for a while. I asked politely if I could get another order and was told by the manager, “I don’t eat spicy chicken and it all looks like that.” Instead of getting another order, she walked away and said, “he can get it” referring to the young man at the counter. No apology. Just attitude. I don’t understand how a restaurant with so many bad reviews on the manager can still be ran by the same person. No one spending their money should be treated the way the “manager” treats their customers. August 19th at Paris, Tx location around 5pm.

Rude employees. Especially the night shift. They rarely have any spicy chicken. It’s like “we’ve got Kool-Aid no sugar” type of situation. Older lady on the night shift literally just told a customer to go to the back and make mashed potatoes and gravy if he wanted it.

Would love to try this place when we come through Paris. But they refuse to take your order at the window. Just tell you to hold on, til you get tired of waiting and drive off. Not 1 single car in line. They just kept telling us to wait. But after seeing how nasty the food looks. Guess I’m glad we never were served. Free hair and burnt chicken . Along with rude people.

I had a terrible experience. I placed an order in person, and since I don’t drink soda, I asked for a glass of water. The manager refused to give me one, so I asked her how much the glass cost, and she said it was $3 plus tax. I then told her I wanted to cancel my order, but she refused to give me the receipt and my money back. She only gave it to me after I contacted Popeyes customer service through their online chat. The service is horrible; I don’t recommend going to that place. They treat Hispanic people very badly. I call that racism. My fellow Hispanic people, do not go to that place because you will be discriminated against.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at Popeye’s Chicken in Paris Tx on December 7, 2025, at approximately 5:45 PM. The interaction I had with the manager on duty was completely rude, dismissive, and unacceptable.

I requested a spicy chicken order, and the manager informed me that only mild was ready. I responded that I did not mind waiting for spicy to be prepared. She then told me they would not cook the order because it was “too much trouble.” She did not mention being out of chicken or nearing closing time—which was not the case since it was only 5:45 PM and the business closes at 11 PM. Instead, she made it clear they simply did not want to prepare it.

The tone, attitude, and level of disrespect displayed were unreal. I cannot understand how any business owner would support employees treating customers in this manner. Any other establishment in Paris, TX would either fulfill the order or at the very least communicate courteously. This was neither.

The customer in front of me was visibly upset by her behavior, and the person behind me walked out alongside me expressing the same frustrations. This was not an isolated reaction—it affected multiple customers.

How can an owner condone this type of behavior in their business? At some point, customer service has to matter. Experiences like this drive customers away and reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole.

I hope this issue will be addressed promptly so that no other customers have to experience such treatment.

I went to Popeye’s and picked up an app order on three separate occasions in the past month. Twice in the drive thru where Kenia was absolutely amazing and once in the dining room with Adrianna and she was awesome! The food and service were fantastic and we are happy to be repeat customers!

We have been on a road and decided to stop at this Popeyes. I order 16 pc tender family meal. Lady at the counter looks over, then says “I don’t have tenders. I don’t know what you want me to do about that.” Common sense put more tenders in the fryer, we don’t mind waiting but you didn’t even offer. Your tone was unfriendly and kinda sarcastic. I wish I would have gotten you name but I’m a mom of 4 and exhausted from a long road trip. But I would like the manager to this happened to prevent your menu to be limited.
