Uber eats my sealed bag was missing 2 of my 5 icecreams, they even only packed 3 spoons. The store messed up and I received my return for the items, but still missed on the shipping and tip due to Them not reading my order and doing it correctly.

The staff at this location rocks!
I came in for the first time on national cheeseburger day to snag an awesome deal, and while I was waiting for my order, the whole staff were professional, happy, connected and a refreshing sight to see. I could tell the place was run really well from the manager and that’s an amazing thing to see!

After waiting in a line of about 4 people ahead, us (a group of 3) had time to order online. And once we did we were then asked what we wanted to order. About 15 min after my order was supposed to be done.
We eventually 3 blizzards (all melted) and a what was supposed to be a cookie dipped Cone… looked like a melted blue drink in the employee’s hand. We were confused as these were the blizards that were just sitting on the counter for the last 10 min. We just assumed they were taking a while to dip the cone.
My friend looked at me and said “I ordered a Cone…” (loud enough for him to hear)
The employee stood there and asked “why you looking at me like this isn’t your order?”.
He said this as he motioned to give us the drinks. One friend was already fed up and we decided to leave. Won’t be visiting here again.
He didn’t even do the standard flip of the cup.
Becasuse he couldn’t.
Because they were all melted and if we grabbed the cup too hard they would’ve spilled over.

Asked for a heath blizzard. Received a heath blizzard packed full of fudge. Didn’t know blizzards came with any chocolate fudge let alone enough to make into chocolate ice cream.

I frequent this store alot. I went through drive through around 10pm. Had to wait to order. I ordered a meal and some extra sides and sundaes, and a blizzard. Did not receive a total rather told to pull up to the window. Upon arriving at window the woman there seemed visibly annoyed, she was cursing and just had an attitude. I overloiked it thinking she was just having a bad night. We all have those. Waited again at the window for the food and ice cream. When saw the ice cream one was supposed to have sprinkles when mentiined it she took it back out of sight and put maybe a dash of sprinkles. It was supposed to be a large and looked like a small she never even tirned the blizzard upside down. The other ice cream took the longest to make and it to was sloppy. All the ice cream given was melted lacked in size, appearance, toppings incorrect. The whole order took 15 minutes or longer and all the ice creams were not even consumed. P

Zeke was the nicest employee we have ever had at Dairy Queen he was smiley and friendly and made the experience so much better than it has been in the past! Dairy Queen has been my family’s fav ice cream place since I was little so I am happy to still be able to come and get my usual order

I order a blizzard strawberries cheesecake, was the worst they put some kind a frozen strawberries with a nasty jam melted into a sauce, one tiniest piece of cheesecake and vanilla ice-cream when my husband bring me the cup with the ice-cream I feel like vomiting. I went to the counter and as the lady if she could please blend everything again she told me like it supposed to be like that, I told her that I order the same thing every Saturday in the South and I never had it like that and I ask her very polite if she can please blended again which she did but when she return the cup to me was only half of the cup not a full cup I was just at that point so upset I just went back yo the table an try to eat my ice-cream, I guess in this store isn’t about trying to make stuff at they supposed to, where in Dairy Queen in Kendall Drive, Miami they make customers very happy, I guess they need a little bit of training and customers service and how to make the right blizzards. Will never stop in this store again.
