I’m not the biggest fan of Cook Out, but this is probably the nicest one I’ve been too. For starters, this location has indoor dining. It was super clean and looked really nice. Service was friendly and food came out fast. The price was cheap. Nice visit.

This place has gotten so much better over the years and especially lately. Today’s visit was phenomenal. All of my food was extremely hot and fresh, delicious and relatively cheap! The staff were excellent as usual and the place is very clean. I used to dislike this Cook Out because it usually sucked and wasn’t pleasant. It has gotten so much better.

Over the past 2 years my family and I have been regular customers of this Cook Out. When we first started coming here it quickly became our favorite spot for when we wanted a quick dinner. Service was always great and our orders were always right. Over the past 6 months or so the quality of service has dropped drastically. The food is still just as good 90% of the time, but it’s almost never what I actually ordered. Tonight was the last night I trust Cook Out to take over for dinner after an extra long day.

if the Cook Out in rocky mount dont do nothing else , they gone have you waiting for 10 mins to give you some cold mediocre food that YOU REQUESTED to be made fresh AT THE ORDER BOX . I dont get but 30 mins on my breaks bro im so ill and irritated . yall got one job and cant EVERRRR get it right . If the menu is to diverse for yall to serve food hot and in a timely manner maybe shrink the menu. Ive visited them maybe 5 times and 3 of those times my food has been cold. You call, you dont get an answer and reaching out to the customer service line is pointless. There already isnt much of an option for when i go on lunch (@ 1130-12am ) so it would look like they can excel at customer service considering they are one of the THREE PLACES open this late.
