I’ve never waited so long for food….no line inside, no cars in the drive thru. All the employees standing around doing nothing. My milkshake? Peanut butter on the bottom, not stirred together at all. This location is notorious for upsaleing your food without you ordering it that way. Multi times I’ve come here ordered a small or single and got a large or double. Its ridiculous

Zero ketchup for the blah flavored fries

Probably the worst Culvers I’ve ever been too. Burger broken and in pieces not cooked on both sides and falling out the sides. Red onion pieces were basically the core of the onion. The fries were crushed up and mushy. I basically threw most of the food away and left.

This place is consistently not great. I’ve ordered pickup orders multiple times (not curdside) and have gone in to see my items sitting in the window and the employees just standing around, most often talking and not packing the food.
Not long ago, I ordered a double bacon deluxe burger, and didn’t get the bacon. But I still ordered a couple times after that and got the correct food, although very slow.
I ordered a curdside order tonight for 11:15pm, got there at 11:18 and clicked I’m here, and got my food by 11:22. Which is acceptable, however when I got home and opened my burger to add mayo, I discovered that I only got half of my second patty.
Culver’s is my favorite place to get a burger, and I was delighted to discover the place in Wisconsin years ago. But this location is consistently horrible in terms of service, and has screwed up my order multiple times now.
Also, I got two chicken nuggets in my fries, which could be seen as a bonus, but I get less of what I actually ordered.
Isn’t this place supposed to not technically be fast food?

We stopped by your restaurant, driving through the area back to Indiana, yesterday afternoon and got lunch at the drive through. My wife ordered a fish sandwich and I got a grilled chicken sandwich basket with onion rings. We also got the flavor of the day.
My wife found that her fish sandwich was muddy tasting and could not finish it. We both found the onion rings, very over salted and over cooked and could not finish these. The custard was good. The reason that we stopped at Culver’s is because we very much like eating at the one near us in Bloomington, Indiana, but your store did not live up to the reputation of our location. We will not be back.

I’m a senior. The girl taking my order spoke too fast. I had a hard time understanding her. For example lettuce, tomato and onion had to be repeated several times before I understood. Same with the drink questions. A reminder to slow down and speak more distinctly for the elders might be very helpful. She was friendly and kind. The food was very good.
