12/20/25 came to eat tonight with a friend my daughter and her daughter , ordered food and went back to the play area kids can play, couldn’t find no where to sit cause tables were all dirty , couldnt even put my neice in a high chair cause they were just disgusting I went up and asked them do they ever clean after some one eats cause the tables are gross and couldnt even get our drinks cause the whole area was just gross , he reply well were suppose to clean , but there is soda stuck and dried to the tables, its like they dont care , he brought us our food and didn’t even offer to clean the high chair so my neice had some where to sit!!!!!! ……..need to hire better employee’s cause it seems like these night shift ones dont care about there job or pleasing customers so dissatisfied….

2 weeks in a row. I order here on app after seeing a movie. Last week I ordered by the app, got my order except for the sauce for nuggets. This week I ordered same meal. Instead of my 6 piece nuggets I paid for, got home and was only 4, again no sauce even though requested in app, and this time no napkins. I understand trying to get through dinner rush, but what happened to proper service? Are we not to use the app no more? I did call and the manager took my info, so that was good. But still this is the 2nd week in a row. I went back today 14OCT25, they were true to their words. I got the corrected order that was missed last week. Food was good, the only thing is it is like they no longer give napkins. So bring your own if going through drive thru and heading out of town. I bumped it up from 2 to 4 stars as this week was better.

Wow. What happened to McDonalds? My husband and I (seniors) up early travelling through decided to stop for a quick breakfast when we reached Great Falls. Yikes. No toilet paper in the double roll dispensers should have been a warning but we proceeded and ordered our usual Bacon Egg McMuffin with special request for a tomato slice and a Sausage Egg McMuffin with 2 milk. He was very clear to tell us he cannot and will not put a tomato slice on my sandwich. I asked another worker in the eating area why and told her I could put it on if they put it on the side. She said absolutely they can put tomato on it or on the side… but then apologized when she handed it to me saying she didn’t understand why but he said no tomato! LOL BUT just when I thought that was twilight zonish… my husband’s Sausage Egg McMuffin had NO EGG ON IT! He immediately went back to the counter with it and he would not take it back nor add the egg! He said if you want another one to order it and pay for it?!?! Oh wow! But hey, not all is lost from the stop… it got the folks who watched it laughing and talking to us… and it became a story that my family laughed at too. So there’s that.

I have waited to give this review. I didn’t want to. This used to be our favorite, neighborhood McDonalds. The best one in town. I do not know what has changed with this establishment, but it has gone WAY downhill. Consistently putting out cold fries, forgetting items, forgetting sauces. One lady (older, possibly the manager) there is consistently rude and acts like the “free sauce police”.The service is now super slow too. It is really a shame, I hope they get things figured out.
Edited to add: Every single time lately McFlurries and shakes are not available to order on the app. also. These things were never an issue in the past. What has changed?

Yes I had to take the time to literally pull over to not only eat my food but to write this review. Now I’ve been having to eat mickey ds more as of late, partly because I love it, and partly because the budget loves it. But I can say that I’ve almost lost faith in any of the locations due to their inability to not include mustard on an order without mustard!! but this location here not only did it first try, but and I say this with one hand typing on my phone and the other reaching in this actually not greasy bag for more fries…the food was PERFECT! From my order being right to the cheese being melted perfectly to the fries being salted perfectedly to the fries being hot! Well done 14th street McDonald’s well done. Thank you for the very satisfying meal!

GM Hunter needs to train his staff amd himself, poor customer service. Ordered on the app to be table service, forgot 2 fries with the meals, asked for them and told to provide a receipt. Told them it was on the app and they literally just dropped the food at the table 1 minute prior. On the 3rd time asking and providing a receipt the lady taking orders told her staff to start checking orders because it was the 3rd ive been in there saying the fries were missing. Asked to speak to manager and Hunter pretty much blew me off and after getting my kids food to go let him know to expect a bad review which he replied I can leave because of the way I was talking to him which I told him I was not the one cursing at him and we was already on our way out the door. I did curse him out after because he was being loud telling me he was calling the cops which im good with because I will not be going back to that store. POOR SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT AND VERY CONFRONTATIONAL
To the owner: the feedback site does not work, I tried to further explain and it just gets stuck in submitting. All fine just know this place was a go to for quick bite as I have a few clients close but will opt to drive across town for a meal where it isnt going to turn into an embarrassing event.

Went through the drive thru tonight about 20 minutes before they closed. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. No onion on one. We got our food and the gal shoved it at us and said, “that was really last minute”. Get home and my burger has onions on it. Not a big deal to most but I can’t eat onion so I’m now sick.

This will be my last time going to this location. Almost every time I go the order is incorrectly made. This is pure laziness to not even read the meal slip before putting it into the customers bag. It’s says in bold “NO Onions” I understand mistakes happen but unfortunately going here mistakes are the rule not the exception. Please do better and pay attention when preparing people’s meals. You don’t know if a person has an allergy or restrictive diet.
