I had such a great experience at this Wendy’s today thanks to Brandon. From the moment he took my order at the speaker, he genuinely sounded like he loved his job and cared about helping customers — which honestly surprised me in the best way.
He was kind, friendly, and so genuine at the window, and he even brought my food out to my car while I waited for the fish sandwich (since it takes a little longer).
It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. I will absolutely be coming back to this location. Give that man a raise!

Food is always fresh. The chicken wrap is delicious. Fries are hot. And the prices are reasonable.

Make sure they take off the $$ from the coupon at the 1st window.
The guy had no idea what to do when I handed him the coupon and charged me regular price.
I had to dispute it at the 2nd register and the manager gave me $4 cashback for the coupon value.
Otherwise, food is fresh
Fries weren’t that great but Wendy’s fries aren’t. the best to begin with.

I’ve come here often and the food is always good. However, I was passing through and saw the line was long and decided to go inside as I just wanted 2 drinks anyway. Someone was ahead of me and he took their order right away. I walked up to the register after they walked away, expecting him to take my order. Instead, he walked to the back, and started working on mobile orders. Completely ignoring me for over 15 minutes. It wasn’t until my boyfriend called and I had to explain to him what was taking so long to get 2 drinks did he rush over to take my order as he heard me. Overall, terrible customer service, and it was very rude. Not a Wendy’s I’d go to again. Rather go to Taco bell down the road.

Check the bag before you drive away because something was most likely forgotten. The staff is kind and the food is good but there needs to be more focus on sending out the correct order and with the right sauce because I come here somewhat often and can confidently say every time my order has been missing the sauce I ask for.
