Paid $21 plus a tip for an online pick up order which included a burger with a side of sweet potato fries. When I got there, they said it would be a few minutes. Mind you, I arrived at the time it said it would be ready. I waited for 15 minutes. While I was waiting, a very creepy male was sitting at the bar, staring and smirking at me. I told the server I was going to wait in my car since it was taking so long. I thought maybe they had just started my order when I got there. I came back 8 minutes later. The food was ready. The fries were room temperature and soggy. The burger was also room temperature and the bun was soggy. Do better.

Been dining here for about 7 years and the food has always been very good. There have been times where the service was not up to what we were normally used to, but you could see it was normally an under staffing issue and the food was still always good so nothing to worry about. I like supporting local businesses, that way they stay in business and that is good to have around. Now we have not been there for about a month or so with the holidays but I did place an order yesterday thru Burges2Beer’s website for me to pick-up. First time ordering food to go, we would normally eat there. I was a bit surprised to see that 2 burgers with fries was $44?? One did have sweet potato fries for what that is worth… but hey maybe the prices went up?? When I got home I found a door dash ticket in the bag?? I have never used door dash or any of the food delivery service and most likely never will. I haven’t verified the prices in store yet however it appears that I was charged higher prices like I was like I was a delivery company picking up my own food? This appears VERY SHADY! Later I received an order confirmation from PayPal for a door dash order… I Have Never used door dash, So apparently Burgers2Beer somehow made the order I placed on their company website into a door dash order which would seem to be why the prices were so high. That is disgusting. Finding out that you were secretly taken advantage of causes you to lose trust in a place and question their ethics.

Nice little spot off the highway. We stopped for a bite on the way home and were quite happy with the result. It got quieter through the night while there but the atmosphere was great and cleanliness was top notch. There was a lot of options for burgers from your basic to ones with a lot of add-ons. Unlike most places, there was not a ton of salt used evem on the fries and it wasnt overkill on it. Surprising for a burger place. There was a ton of options for beer on tap as well as your usual alcohol options. Our waitress was fairly attentive without being overbearing but was always within earshot to help us. Great place and would definitely go again when back in the area.

First off, I had a double smashburger and it was a pretty good burger. But it had no cheese on it. For a $18 smashburger I figured a slice of American cheese was part of the price. But it turns out it’s a $2 upcharge. LOL what????
Second issue I take exception to is the online ordering portal has prices that are higher than the prices posted on their menu. If I’m going to pay an extra $3 to pick up my own food, I’ll just have someone (DoorDash) deliver it to me
It was a carryout order and had no problem with the service. Food was on time and hot. But really turned off that American cheese is a $2 upcharge on a $18 burger (even though website menu says $15….)

The service lacks on a Saturday evening there must’ve been about 2 servers for the entire restaurant and 2 bar tenders which can really slow down the quality of service when you’re trying to accommodate so many people. Our food must’ve taken about 20-25 minutes to come out and when it did, it wasn’t the utmost tasteful. Wings for $18 for 10 was not worth that at all, they were small and dry.
I ordered a mocktail, and the club soda seemed to flatten out the taste of the drink. I sent that back, the burger was OK and the fries were cold!

We stopped at the Concord store after doing some shopping and we were not dissapointed. Our Waitress Courtney was Spicy and fun she was very knowledgeable of the Menu and Specials. I ordered the dbl Smash Burger and added onions which was amazing and very tasty with fries and the fries were perfectly made and not over salted my wife ordered the Hot and bothered burger with fries and it was quite tasty. The place has plenty of Televisions for the game. And a nice selection of IPAs and draft beer. I definitely recommend this nice little burger joint. Plenty of close Parking and alot of options to select from the Menu.

First off I NEVER leave reviews, but for this one I had to. Bad from the start. It was not very busy and we walked in with our two young kids and no one was up front to greet us. We were wondering if we should seat ourselves. No big deal but when the hostess did come up she didn’t even apologize or anything just said “Hi, how many” we shrug it off and are excited to sit down for our meal. Kiddos got chicken fingers and fries, Husband ordered a burger and I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. The only thing good on them were the fresh lettuce. Our buns were soggy, husbands meat was soggy and looked terrible. He ate half of it hoping it would get better and never did. My chicken sandwich was so dry and terrible I spit the only bite of chicken out that I had and didn’t eat any more of it. I could hardly chew it. Not to mention our fries tasted old and like they were reheated. Most of them were so brown and questionable looking we didn’t eat them. Our kids kept asking why the fries were brown. I wish I would have taken a photo of them! (You can see one of them in the photo below next to the butter knife)The kids chicken tenders looked freezer burned and were also dry. Our waitress came over 5 seconds after the food was delivered and told us we had ketchup on table etc but ever came back again. Our waters went empty and we were thirsty but she never came back. By the time she came back we asked for the check and told her no boxes. She didn’t ask if there was a problem or anything and we really don’t like confrontation so said nothing and decided to leave a review. We had our waters right on edge of table hoping for a refill but again it never came and we waiting awhile for her to even grab the card while we sat there thirsty and hungry. We will not ever be back.

Came here on a Saturday night and they were quite busy… There were only a few servers on the floor which made it a lot slower than it had to be. She did her best trying to keep up, but it took a long time to get things that were missed off the order. Burgers were good, especially the Nut Burger. The menu is full of specialty burgers that will make your mouth water. There is literally something for everyone. Chicken, wraps, salads, wings, etc.. Table expediting came from the kitchen, so they missed the details that were given to our server during ordering. The atmosphere was energetic because of all the TVs which was great. They had several basketball games, the olympics, and UFC fighting all going at once. In addition to that you can play lottery and watch Keno drops on several screens visible from all table locations. There is also an outdoor patio that seemed a little more quiet. I will definitely make another stop here on my way back through this area.
