This place is my new go to venue for Taco Tuesdays. It is a smaller establishment but it has plenty of seating, even at the bar. I was greeted by the owner Jose who was super friendly and helpful along with making recommendations on what to get. I chose to get the 6 street tacos with beef and chicken. One added quality i liked about this venue is that they have a salsa bar for all different tastes. Overall I highly recommend this place for Taco Tuesdays.

I would drive from Kentucky to North Carolina again just for these tacos—and that is not an exaggeration.
Everything was absolutely incredible. The tortillas were fresh, the meat was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Every bite tasted authentic, fresh, and made with care. You can tell this place takes pride in their food.
The flavors were so good that I honestly forgot how far I traveled until I finished eating. That’s how you know it’s worth it. This is hands-down some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a LOT.
If you’re even thinking about stopping here—DO IT. And if you’re local, don’t take this place for granted. If I can come all the way from KY for these tacos, you already know they’re something special

The food here is quite delicious and reasonably priced. My pawpaw particularly enjoyed the soft taco, which was only $2.50. I ordered the bowl, and it was good, though I would have appreciated some lettuce in it. The customer service, however was not ideal. It appears that their closing time may vary from what is posted, as they close the doors when they feel like it.

The guacamole was terrible! I don’t know how anyone can mess up guacamole! Especially at a Mexican restaurant. Disgusting. The tacos are really good though.

Stopped for lunch omw home from Charlotte… Started with barria rolls and a Tecate, followed by a pork carnitas taco on corn tortilla and Baja shrimp (perfectly cooked) taco on flour tortilla. The tortillas are made fresh in house, and you can taste the difference.
Great service, not too crowded for a Saturday afternoon… but that’s sure to change. Definitely will return.

The birria roll, tacos de pastor, and cazuelon were scrumptious! The eatery was meticulously clean and the server was cordial, not to mention the prices were fair.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in town. The food is next to none and the staff is friendly and down to earth. The salsa bar is amazing, so even if you aren’t hungry, stop in for a few beers and grabs some chips and salsa.

If I could give NO STARS, that’s what this would be!!! This was hands down the worst taco place I have experienced (in any town I have ever been!) My tacos where dripping with liquid..I mean DRIPPING! I soaked up 10 napkins full of liquid off of my food (3tacos). The meat was just old rotisserie chicken soaking in juice to hydrate it, no flavor whatsoever! The cheese smelled old, and the lettuce was wilty and soggy. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! My fiance&I eat Mexican primarily at authentic taquerias(9 out of 10 times lol). I can promise you that I would eat 3 day old Taco Bell before I even think of coming to Lex Go Taco again! They should be ashamed of themselves for serving this mess, seriously!!! $26.44 wasted for sure, DONT GO HERE!!!

First time trying the place food wasn’t very good in my opinion I like the other Mexican food establishments better. Not sure why the guacamole and the sour cream were a soupy consistency. The quesadilla that I received was not very cheesy it was more like a taco.
