We presented the store with a huge challenge, 100 pieces of chicken at 10:30AM to feed the less fortunate. Although a shock for the staff, everyone there worked together as a team and managed our huge order. May God bless and continue to bless the staff and management, as the food they prepared today, not only fed the less fortunate, but also inspired others to continue the mission.

While volunteering we had to get a quick bite and decided on trying out this fast food fried chicken located off the beaten path. The surroundings did not feel secure as there were a few people hanging around outside and inside begging. However I am use to finding some of the best food in areas that others may be afraid to visit. Unfortunately that was not the case today. My daughter and I both got a 3 piece meal of fried chicken, my side was Mac n cheese, hers were fries. My box had 2 legs and a breast. It was cooked ok but the breading had no flavor that would make this different than other moderate fried chicken places. I expected some type of unique flavor and was sadly disappointed. The Mac was also bland. For a meal on the go, it was ok but not a place I would go out of my way for.

This is by far the absolute worst Church’s Chicken to visit. The staff are very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They open at 10am but the doors were locked until about 10:45am. I placed an order in the app and want able to pick it up due to the doors being locked and the manager claiming to not have any chicken. There is no customer service number to get the money back that I paid through the app. This place allows bums and guests who aren’t dining or making any purchases to be in the dining room in the way of the paying guests. I wouldn’t dare recommend this place to anybody looking for good chicken and good customer service. This is the lowest of lows when it comes to a chicken spot. Respectfully!

We got dark meat chicken, okra, mashed potatoes and gravy, with honey biscuits and everything was on point! The ladies work from the heart. The atmosphere was not that great we ended up doing takeout instead of eating there but all in all I highly recommend them.

The food tasted like it was sitting there for too long – the chicken was burnt and old and stale. The shrimp, biscuits, and fries were also stale. We went to this location because it was often very busy from the inside so we thought it would be fresh food but we were not satisfied with the food nor atmosphere.

So, this is by far the most disgusting and rude Church’s I’ve ever gotten food from. Had a small family gathering, ordered the 30 piece in advance, actually 2 hours ahead of time along with sides. Had relatives puck up because it was on the way , they arrived 20 minutes prior to time I had set up to pick up. That time came and went. FINALLY 1 hour and 15 minutes AFTER the time I had set , the food was ready. They were frustrated and the rude manger gave them a dozen rolls. They got to the house, half the sides weren’t in the bags and the chicken was so over cooked it wasn’t even edible. I eat at Churchs alot, this was the first and last at this location. This location needs to be revamped or shut down. It was not a good first impression for the chicken place I brag on all the time .

The food was great but literally had 3 people working. The old lady working on register would take your order, walk away then bring the food to the person that ordered. It was 3 people in line with me and it took me 20 mins just to order. I had to beg my ride to wait bc of it (uber) It was very stressful and I beg you to hire more people on Saturday and Sunday someone faster…im sorry but she looked like 80 yrs old working the front. I would’ve been stuck if the person in front didn’t tell me to go ahead . Smh food isn’t fast anymore. Then the lady tried to charge me $8 for the Texas deal each ( 2 dark meat and biscuit). I ordered 3 meals which should’ve been about $3.50 each but she rang me up $24…. I caught it right before I walked out and had to get a refund. Smh this whole first time experience just put a bad taste in my mouth.

We just came from churches ckn on Patterson Ave wsnc the chicken was dark the okra was burned so badd we couldn’t even eat it at all n if we didn’t live so far from there we would have taken it back but my husband just threw the okra in the garbage sheesh they have got to do better because nobody has $$ to waste ordering food then you get home and can’t eat it because it’s burnt like all he’ll im upset n will never ever go there again ughhhh im hott madd tooo

The chicken did not taste like the original Church’s Chicken. It tasted like someone cooked it at home. I was craving Church’s for months because we don’t have 1 nearby. On the way home from TN back to NC, we found 1 and went 30 minutes out the way to dine and it was not good! Very disappointing!

This is a late review, but I stopped going here this year because as I was waiting for my order, a customer brought his food back inside because his order was incorrect. The lady took his chicken out of the box and put it back up on the thing where food to be served goes. Then she thought about it and threw it away and kept doing her job as usual. Didn’t clean that area. I no longer wanted my food after that because is that something you regularly do? That’s unsanitary. I don’t want to take the chance of eating food a customer took outside the store. The food isn’t as good as it used to be either. I kinda just come because I like the peppers with my chicken. Also, if you like to use your rewards points… they won’t do it if they don’t feel like it.
