this was absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at a fast food establishment. Jessica T is the most disrespectful and rude employee i’ve ever talked to in my life. I got told if i needed time to decide i needed to pull out of the drive through so i didn’t mess up her drive through times. I asked for more sauce and was ignored. I had the drive through window closed in my face and no matter how hard i tried to flag her down she ignored me at the window. So i went to the door and she told me i wasn’t allowed to have more sauce even if i bought it. Then proceeded to walk away and tell me to learn to talk to people. Jessica T should not be employed by this company. Then i get home and im missing multiple items. And on told of that i paid over $2 just for sour cream on my burritos for it to not be on them.

I think Taco Bell locations should be shut down. Even though the food is decent, the staff is consistently terrible and orders are rarely accurate. If you can’t trust the employees to get an order right, it raises concerns about what might be going into the food. Looking at customer reviews, most Taco Bell locations are rated under 4.0 stars, which says a lot. Management doesn’t seem to take meaningful steps to fix these issues, and the corporation appears unconcerned as long as it continues collecting royalties.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I’ve given them several chances and each time they’ve screwed up royally. I was supposed to get a free burrito for signing up for the app they had an option of what you could choose from we picked the five-layer beefy burrito and then added another five layer beefy burrito and it didn’t even come with queso or the sour cream which is what it’s originally supposed to come with and it was a hell of a lot smaller than what it would be when you would just buy it out regularly our food was cold the tortillas we’re hard and old tasting. It’s just disgusting. I mean, you pay a lot of money for this food and I can get way better food for a cheaper price at Los Tacos Two. It’s a little bit further of a drive but I guess it’s worth it because Taco Bell here is just not it! You need better staff or re-training or both and get rid of the ones that do not care about their jobs.
Edit: I’m just now reading the other reviews and it’s the same problem that I’ve had. How this hasn’t been addressed is beyond me. Apparently your management sucks, your staff sucks and they don’t care and that needs to change. You’ve lost my business and I’m sure you’ve lost quite a few other people’s business as well which I’m sure you don’t care I’m sure management looks at this and laughs because they don’t care! You can clearly tell by the way they prepare the food, by the way they serve you the food and it’s not even prepared correctly. Plus it comes out cold! How and why? Nobody seems to know.

Ordered a Mexican pizza and got a slop mess of chips with cheese and tomatoes on them. Have pictures of the food and pictures of the receipt for proof.

Nope. I ordered a burrito supreme. There was nothing supreme about it. Mostly beans and some other ingredients. $6.19 down the drain. When will I learn… what you see on the menu board isn’t what you end up with. Where’s the lettuce, tomato, and cheese Taco Bell? Raise your training standards or go belly up like many others. Done with TB.

My son was begging to go here for the last week so I caved. What a mistake. Barely any meat in each of our tacos, burritos, chalupas, you name it. All ground beef too, nothing special. And still a miniscule serving of protein. The rest of the food? Extremely difficult to get down. A lot of it tasted stale and the tortillas were dry. All around the worst Taco Bell I’ve had in a very long time. Not to mention the service was shotty at best. Barely received any interaction from the staff when we picked up.

The service was horrible, I came at 1:00 am just got out from work, normally I come to this location of Taco Bell, the African American she was rude not the first time, I came here few times also has issue wth her, she complete not nice at all, I asked her last night, what did I own her why every time when I came she giving me this attitude? She gave impatient look I didnt pay her I just drove off. I don like to pay something im not happy of that, this will be my last time to go over there.

My wife accidentally left her wallet in the bathroom. I went to go see if it was still there with not much hope because it had been over 45 minutes, but the staff had put it away for safekeeping. That is truly integrity. The staff there are top notch!!

I come here sometimes after graveyard at My job, the last few times have been horrible. My food comes out stale, Prepared wrong and in poor condition. I finally had enough and went back tonight to have My order fixed, I was still not given My drink to My order and although they switched My stale Chalupa shells for new ones and removed the tomato, they gave Me the nasty quesadilla chicken instead of what comes with My order. Straight up lazy and uncaring. This place is dog water.

The service was terrible! I walked in and nobody was there to greet me and I saw another customer and he told me that they forced him to order off the keypads cause they didn’t want to use the cash register, I placed my order on the key pad and still not one coworker is around, finally she comes from the back of the store and rudely asked me if I placed my keypad and I told her yes, and she asked if I paid her cash. She want to over and told me the amount and as she looked at my order, I can hear her mumbling underneath her breath saying oh my God, it’s too early to be ordering food After she placed my order. She told me that my meal might take a minute, which was understandable because she wanted things to be fresh. She was still rude and after she took my order, she went outside to converse eight with another person outside, and then the other employee went to the bathroom while my food was just on the screen and nobody was making it. She made it at her own time when she came back inside after she got done conversation with her friends.
