Every Time I’ve ordered here, the drink is poorly put together. They don’t follow what you order. The drink is always bitter. But if I go to any other Starbucks, the drink is well-put-together and tastes as it should. People shouldn’t work in a field they don’t like. Smh.

Visit Starbucks DAILY and this was the first time at this location, most definitely will be my last. I did a mobile order that said ready yet waited forever in the drive thru. Then when getting to the window they had no idea where my order was and then the girl wanted to be rude about. I placed the order, didn’t lose it so why you rude to me? Then received our Frappuccino‘s for them to be half melted. Smh never again. Save yourself the time and hassle, find a different more positive location.

If you have a large order to deliver, tell your next customer before he puts his order. Not after. People come for a quick coffee in the morning. I visited you two times, both times waiting was more than 15 min.

The service in the Drive-Thru is kind courteous and very pleasant. They get your order correct inside the store and in the Drive-Thru service. However, the past four times I’ve been there the coffee has had a burned taste as did the iced coffee… both my daughter and I threw our coffee away without drinking it.

I normally don’t go to Starbucks. No particular reason because Tim Hortons is the closest to me. They were welcoming and quick with my order. It was also a nice to try something different so I ordered the veggie wrap. It was different in a good way.
