Go somewhere else. This used to be my go-to Jack in the Box, but after horrible service the last couple of times, I would not be wasting my time or money here ever again. There’s been times I ordered 5 pc chicken strips and gave me 4 or 3. I pay $14 for the 5 pc, not the 3. Nevertheless, I let it go. Went today, spent $14 on a 5 piece combo meal, and was being charged for sauce???? They gave me one sauce for 5 pc chicken strips, unbelievable. Meanwhile, on the app, the sauces are free. This place likes to rob it’s costumers. I would understand if it was raising canes but Jack in the box?? Come on. I don’t want a “we are sorry for the inconvenience” type apology simply because I will never step foot in a jack in the box ever again.
