Let me start by saying that the service was great. Our server was really nice and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Plenty of room in between tables so you didnt feel like you were on top of other customers.
I did feel like the food was lacking. I did like the sweet Thai wings and onion rings. I got the burger, took two bites and couldn’t eat the rest because it tasted very off. It was very over cooked and dry. When the burger was sent back I didnt want anything else. The server double checked everything and even said she didnt even see a date on the meat…. so is it good meat or bad meat? Again thats not the servers fault.
The crab cakes could have potential. They tasted good when you added the lemon juice. But there was too much binder in the patty which causes it to get over cooked easily and fall apart. They need to ditch the weird cocktail sauce mix they have with it and go with a tangy tartar.
My wife’s steak was very bland. Not seasoned. Ordered a medium and it was definetly more on the medium well side. Even for a sirloin it seemed rather tough. The asparagus that came with it was unevenly cooked. Like it was half out of the skillet. The tops were ice cold but the bottom was steaming. There was even a color difference in the stalks.
The saving grace here were the deserts. The cakes were fantastic. But they weren’t made in house, they were bought from some “lady”
Don’t think ive be venturing here again unless its for cake.

We were excited to try this place. However, we definitely won’t come back. The menu is huge so not one item was impressive. Presentation looks good but the taste- definitely not there. Everything was bland, not even a drop of salt. The bread and butter was the best thing we tried. My husbands burger meat taste spoiled- we returned it. My steak was tough, bland, inconsistently cooked, and partially gray. My asparagus was scolding hot in some parts and cold in others. We did try the cake- which was the best thing, then we were told it was out sourced by someone so it made sense why it tasted so good because there was absolutely no way it was made in house. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The atmosphere is awesome. The food was just so disappointing we would definitely not return. They should down size the menu, season the food, and not send out bad meat.

The food is super good! I ordered the Cajun pasta and beware you will take home leftovers. This was basically a whole box of pasta. Super good too! Nice and creamy and not very spicy, if you are ok with spicy foods.
The atmosphere is not appealing. Lots of taxidermy heads everywhere but not in a modern way. It looks like it could have been fancy in the 90s but overall just seemed tacky.
Still though I look forward to eating here again!

Harrys stone grill is a diamond in the rough. Food was delicious and prices are super fair. We went on a friday night and ended up going back on Saturday because the food was so good. It is hard to find a true steakhouse that will cook mediam rare, but Harrys has it down! 10 out of 10 recommended.

We loved the big game hunting atmosphere with all the stuffed and mount animals through out the restaurant. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Service was very good as was the food that is competitively priced. I had the breaded cod sandwich with a loaded baked potato and my wife enjoy her blackened salmon.

Had lunch here on a Sunday. The restaurant is clean and has a lot of taxidermy. The menu is very good and there is plenty to choose from.
I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was prepared very well,
and the flavor was good.

The stuffed mushroom appetize was delicious. My salad was very fresh, and I had probably the best salmon ever. Our server did a great job.

Always a good choice to eat. If you’re not into animal taxidermy, this is NOT the place for you – especially the inside dining area. They do have a decent sized outdoor space which is dog friendly! So we enjoy coming here and trying out new items on the menu we haven’t tried in the past.

I have to say I agree when they say that this restaurant is the best in Madison Indiana. I got a steak and potato and shrimp cocktail, my wife had the crab patties potato and salad every thing was so fresh.
I guarantee I and my wife will be back very soon and keep coming back.

Many menu options. Seated right away for supper meal. Had a fettucini alfredo, reubin, BLT, and a child chicken tenders. Large portions, everyone ended up with leftovers. Everyone said their dish was good. We travel to Madison about once a year, we plan to be back to try more selections.
