Most disgusting arbys I have ever ate at. The fish were definitely not fresh. The fries were hard as rocks. Did not honor the fish special. Also completely out of chicken. Down right disappointing.

They have a habit of locking the doors of the building during business hours to make you go through the drive thru.
Update. 5-1-24. Food still good and the lobby was open at 2 pm where at times it’s been locked.

My mother and I went through the drive thru and got the 4 roast beefs for $10. This was Friday, 10-10-25 at almost 8pm. We came home and was eating them, I literally almost got sick when I saw my mother pull a HAIR out of her sandwich!!! She’ll be 90 on the 16th and was not happy at all!!! They young girl at the window was nice to us, but to get that in a sandwich is pretty gross!! Hairnets should be worn when you’re making food!! It was a little longer piece of hair, she pulled it out of her mouth while chewing!! I don’t know when we’ll go back if ever do!!

This restaurant was so dirty, sticky floors, slow service. Drink area was a total mess as was the floor in front of it. The entire place was like a horror movie. Food took forever and we got overcharged.

it was 8:24 on a Monday night I was the only customer in the building, there had been only 2 cars come through the drive threw, and it still took 20 mins to get my food, and the employees was very rude when I asked where my food was, they had 5 employees working so there is no reason why it took that long. the food was great but the customer service was awful.

It’s Arby’s so I’m not expecting a whole lot, but seems like this Arby’s in particular is worse that all the surrounding towns. The deep fried items are literally never fresh, even when I ask for fresh. Last time I went through the French fries looked like they were cooked 10 hours earlier. And they saw it fit to bag them up and send them out the window.

This Arby’s in Greensburg was terrible. Nothing i wanted from their menu was available. I was told by an employee that they don’t have most of what’s on the menu. What??? That’s just poor business. Won’t go back and as a delivery person i will tell everyone..

Restaurant overall very dirty. Looked like cleaning might have been in progress but was abandoned halfway through. Bathroom messy and in a state of disrepair. Sauces dispensers empty, gnats flew out when pumping sauce. No dipping cups. Seem to be well understaffed, workers present inexperienced and appear confused. Waited 10 minutes for a classic roast beef but got it served on a smashed soggy bun. Construction makes the restaurant a hassle to get in and out of from I-74. Skip this I-74 exit altogether if traveling.

Very disappointed! Ordered 2 Fish Sandwichs, wanted fresh fried ones. Order taker mentioned that to the kitchen. I received ones that had been on the warmer which I didn’t want a Luke warm sandwich. Get home and no cheese, or lettuce and they were Luke warm. Order taker was very friendly, but kitchen didn’t listen to him.
